MOST annoying. I went in to buy a battery. The young Hispanic kid at the counter - who didnt speak over a whisper- took my purchase. I asked him if for the $120 the battery cost, if he would install it. He whispered "Sure." So my son-in-law and I went out to stand by the car. Ten minutes later, I go in and look for that young man. Hes helping another customer. He hasnt finished helping me yet! So I ask him if hes going to install the battery. He gives me a thumbs up. So I nod, go back outside and stand by the car. Five minutes later, I go back in the store and the kid is helping ANOTHER customer. SO, I took the cart with my battery on it and installed it myself. Apparently when an AutoZone employee says "I will install your battery" what they really mean is "You can just sit around until you get frustrated and install it yourself because Im busy taking money from other people since I already got yours." The bright side of this story is that there is an OReilys Auto Parts right next door. They will be getting all my business from now on.

While the place is usually clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the prices are on the higher side compared to Walmart. The same cleaning agent I use costs $5 more here than Walmart as an example. The checkout lines are usually long since there is only one cashier because typically one employee is outside helping someone with their vehicle and the other is in the back getting parts. That being said, it is great to get replacement parts and batteries in a convenient location.

Everyone that has ever helped me there has been very nice and helpful. I had to have someone come out to my care on several occasions and they were always super helpful and nice. I didnt give 5 stars because the experience wasnt mind blowing in

Good stock of general parts, Domestic vehicle parts in stock(Chevy), most parts need ordered for Subaru, Saab, Nissan. Great customer service from everyone except for a really rude and loud hispanic lady with black hair.
