After trying and giving up going to regular gyms to work out year in and year I decided to try crossfit out. Ive been going for 4 months now. Ive lost 3 inches off my waist and getting into the best shape of my life. The owners are very involved. The trainers are very conscious of each individuals level, giving advice and walking me through how to safely execute the workouts.

I have been to CrossFit BNI on several occasions as a drop in while on vacation. The staff and members are always welcoming. Coach Mick scored my scaled 15.3 and treated me with great respect throughout the workout. Coach Damion is always pleasant and motivating! Thanks for the great experience as always.

Very bad experience...they charged $75 for boot camp and they made me do very heavy weights and due to this my leg was hurt and and suffering with it..they wont analyze our fitness level and give us very heavy weights..wasted my money by going there.go there if you are a very heavy weight lifter
