Our commercial AC went out last Wednesday. Called Dial, because they did our original installation. Gave me a window between 1-5 PM. Its July in Florida, bro. A rep came out around 4, looked at our unit for about 30 seconds (no tools, nothing taken apart), and told us our evaporator coil was frozen and it needed to be replaced. He went outside and made a call, and returned to tell me our unit was under warranty - all we had to pay was labor. Said they were out of stock, but theyd have a replacement "tomorrow or next Wednesday." Billed me $95 for about 15 minutes and no solution. Now I know how they can afford nice new trucks. Tomorrow rolled around, no telephone call, so I called them. Waited on hold for quite a while. Apparently, the receptionists are a little too comfortable in their jobs. She told me its not in (duh), and she wasnt sure when it would arrive. I asked about next Wednesday, but she had no idea what I was talking about. With a little too much sass, she acted if I was staring into a crystal ball. Meanwhile, its 100 degrees in my back room. The next day, my broker stops in. Tells me to try the unit again, because they can often unfreeze and still work. Boom. Turned right on, and has been working for a week. Dials crack receptionist calls again and tells me the part is finally in (its Wednesday), and tells me whoops - youre NOT under warranty (apparently commercial gets one year while the same residential unit gets 10), and it was going to cost me $1200 plus several more bucks for labor. No thanks. There are some serious disconnects here, Mr. Dial. In the meantime, stick to plumbing. Im calling Custom Air and Heat from now on.

My experience with Dial Plumbing was a nightmare. When my condo building had a plumbing issue, I called Dial Plumbing and the person in the office sent out an air conditioning technician, who only told me that he was not a plumber AFTER he started working. The technician came out with almost no tools appropriate for the job and the equipment he actually had was in such poor shape that he ended up using my equipment! He did not solve the problem that I had asked him to address and instead Dial told me they could send out an actual plumber in a few days. Dial actually billed me for this mistake. I tried to work out this issue with them over the phone, as it was an internal miscommunication issue on their end that caused them to send out the wrong person, but they were rude and completely uncooperative. Needless to say, to get my plumbing issue fixed I will not be waiting for them to finally send out their plumber and instead will be taking my business elsewhere. Do not make the mistake of using Dial Plumbing!

Called both Dial, who some of my friends recommended, and another company who had done AC work for us before. Dial was 30% cheaper for their initial visit charge. So, I called them back and they got me an appointment for first thing, the next day. Right on time was Jonathan who within minutes, diagnosed what the issue was which was exactly what the person on the phone said it was when I first called. He quickly fixed the issue and even took the time to check the freon level and even do a quick revision to the pipe we pour the bleach in for monthly maintenance. Great job, very professional technician, and excellent price. Will use them again and highly recommend! Thanks Dial!!

Two years back, when building our new house, me and my husband chose Dial Plumbing and Air to install two air conditioning/ heating units. Since then we have experience numerous complications with these units. At first the units began to leak and brake down. Then our heat broke in the middle of 28 degree weather. Last the staff who came to assist us were trashed our carpets and broke a piece of our furniture. Sadly, Dial Plumbing and Air was a very big disappointed.
