Terrible experience. Armitage re-piped my house and didnt pull a permit. The plumbers left the pipes in the ceiling and never hooked into the water supply. So I have water shooting out of the floor and no water supplied to the house and the pipes are covered with drywall. When I asked them to get a permit they told me to go pull the permit... Which is in violation of code. The contractor is required to obtain the permit before starting work. Armitage also refuses to come correct the work so I cant pressurize the house. I have to file a complaint with Florida Department of Business & Profesional Regulation Construction Board for help.

Its amazing to work with an owner who has so much knowledge and experience. We can call the owner directly on his cell phone in case we had an issue or questions.
