Called them on Sunday. Monday morning Tom calls and we agree on Tuesday morning, by noon. A call from Howell was promised to give exact time. Tuesday morning we wait. Finally late morning I call and am told person will be at our place around 3pm. Tom claims no recollection of the morning promise. Thanks for wasting my morning. I fired them.

Called Howell Plumbing about a leaky water heater, corroded copper pipes and leaky water valves and within a few days Tom was out and had everything replaced and fixed.
