We had 4 handymen and plumbers out to find this mysterious leak. Drywall ripped out 3 times, toilet removed, shower valve checked, the whole nine yards. The last plumber said it was in the main line below the slab. I called the condo association and they had Jensen Beach Plumbing come out to verify leak. Mikel with Jensen Beach Plumbing came out right away. He is always the person the condo association calls, they bring him in when no one else can fix it. I can see why. He was amazing. He checked my bathroom where the water stain kept showing up, he looked at it and asked if there was another bathroom on the other side which there was. He went and looked at it and said he was positive the cause of the leak was the drain and pipe had come loose which he replaced. The slab has a slight slope to it so the water was coming in to my bathroom. It took him 15 minutes, all that stress and worry from all the others, Mikel had it repaired in no time at all. I was so relieved and impressed with his knowledge, his expertise and his friendly, positive attitude. I was worried about mold and he even called to have someone come out. I wish I would have known about Jensen Beach Plumbing months ago. Thank you Mikel and Jensen Beach Plumbing. 5 star+

I met up with a plumber at my home named "J.R." who promised he would do some work on a project for me. He never showed up. I called him back and asked him to increase the scope of work, thinking it was just too small a job for him. J.R. never called me back or made and further contact with me. So out of the blue I called Jensen Beach Plumbing. Over the phone they were able to explain to me why I was having the problem I had in my home. They gave me an immediate price to fix it, and a date they would do it on. When the appoinment time came, I got a call from JBP saying the job was complete and I was back in business. The cost was right on target. I highly recomend Jensen Beach Plumbing. They are honest and reliable, unlike J.R. 5 stars for JBP. Please keep up the professional work.

Jensen Beach Plumbing is consistently swift, friendly, professional, excellent and very fairly priced. I have had to use them for several things over the last couple of years including hot water heater replacement, garbage disposal repair, and unfortunately 2 times removing and replacing a water heater due to flooding from an upstairs condo. The office staff is friendly and works hard to meet your time needs. I have never had to wait for more than a day or two for service. They are neat and clean and prompt. I can only highly recommend JB Plumbing for all of your needs.

We have had two different plumbers from JBP here in the last two weeks. All were extremely nice and quite competent. I received a call both times when the plumbers were on their way. I had an occasion to.go by the office with some questions about our water heater. I was treated with courtesy and my questions clearly answered. I consider their fees reasonable and plan to use them only in the future.

Employees rushed the work at my house, leaving things unfinished. Pay attention to the time they are actually there working, got over billed by 2 hours. When calling to discuss all my issues with the owner she seemed less then thrilled to listen and was extremely rude!! Not worth the headache and hassle!!

Its nice to see that there are still honest people around in south Florida. We just had them out to repair 3 toilets and a faucet. Micheal was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. The price was more then fair. I give them my highest recommendation.
