F-RATING " Jones Plumming too small to function ! " Lasting Impression Call them ONLY if you like being stood up! My family waited HALF DAY and got brushed off like pests. Any positive reviews are from family members running the business! Day 1 My wife and I made a 24hr appointment for next day work. We got told no time frame, no follow up confirmation call..on when they were avaliable , and no basic customer service like a thank you! We Simply were told tomorrow. They said they would call. Like any educated family we said ok and understood that was a verbal agreement. Day 2 12pm no call. Naturally we call. They sounded very different this time..very angrily bothered that we wanted to know when we could expect them to arrive. We get a rude tone replying saying 2-4pm. We kindly said ok, and understood that was a verbal agreement. 3:45pm no call. Naturally we call. We then were told our appointment was canceled, they had just received a new call last min and its a priority. We can make another appointment tomorrow. Kindly trying to be optimistic we ask when? We then got a rude I dont know Tomorrow. When we asked why our appointment wasnt being honored, and why we never received a call about the cancelation.. we were told, you can always look around if that doesnt work for you. Were busy. Naturally we understood the verbal agreement was broken and then called Cocoa Beach Plumbing. The call was MARGINALLY more productive! We got a time and date, fast appointment scheduling, general questions answered by a knowledgeable PRO,extremely kind words to end the call, and a FAAAAAR more comfortable experience! Summary Jones plumbing acts like its a gift to work for you. They snub you for no reason, and basically tell you to kick rocks when you ask why. They forget they are coming into YOUR home and YOU are giving them YOUR business. Typical, laziness from an overly confident small business. They are too small minded to function professionally. Dont pay these amateurs a dime, get the professional YOUR family deserves! NOT 1 guy and his 4 family members lying on google to boost review scores! Im a REAL customer review! Message to Jones Plumbing Clean up your act! You have no reason to have a snotty attitude when youre the ones fixing toilets for a living. Go back to school and take Customer Service and business edicate 101. You dont cancel appointments WITHOUT a follow up call! I hope you lose business to your betters!

Unreliable, inconsistent, and rude. Its a family owned business, and they hardly answer the phone. Made an appointment for the afternoon the next day. Woman on the phone was very "bothered" sounding. Like it was an issue I was calling. Told me she has no idea when in the afternoon they will be there, but promised a call the next morning. I never got a call the next morning so I called and was told 2pm-4pm. 3:45 rolls around and no one came. I call them and they told me that my appointment had been canceled, mind you it was to have an appliance installed and is obviously time sensitive. Apparently someone else called and they prioritized them and said they would be able to come the next day, again with no idea when. When I complained that I had an appointment and it should be honored, I was told "well..you can call around and find someone else". Well...I DID! And Cocoa Beach plumbing not only discussed the issue with me in depth and all the possible solutions and gave me a time frame immediately, along with a "thank you", but they provided a ball park quote without being prompted. I consider that above and beyond. Jones Plumbing is not recommended.

NOT RELIABLE. First of all I am a disabled vet and in dire need of help with changing my toilets to a taller height. They came out on time and said I would get an estimate the next day. While doing the estimate one of the workers noticed my deformity from my injury and made fun of it. Three days passed and still no estimate. When I called there was a women that said they were just too busy but would have someone call. Now a week has gone by and the response I got was we are too busy and you might be happier going someplace else. I dont mind someone being busy these days but the nonchalant attitude about not calling back was like I dont care we are so busy so what. When I said this was no way to run a business the response was, "You said that before and I think you should go someplace else". I have never written a review before but they deserve this one.
