In response to the owners comment on my review and his request that I remove that review, which I did in error as I posted this one. The only thing we apparently misunderstood was that when he said he would reimbursed us $400.00 for the parts we purchased to redo the $1,600.00 well replacement job his men did two years earlier for us was that he was actually going to send a check. He said he would pay for us having to replace our pump in such a short time period and would send us a check for $400.00 for our parts(not our labor). Well thats no replacement for the $1,600.00 pump we paid his men to put in, but at least it would pay for our parts. So a month later I emailed him to let him know that the check must be lost and he said he would check on it, and later emailed that yes his wife said it was still outstanding. Well, since then we still have received no check so I recently sent him our address just in case. I thought, maybe since he was communicating with us this time he would stand behind his word of reimbursing us, after all he got $1,600.00 of our money for a job we completely redid ourselves two years later, $400.00 would seem like not much to ask for at that point:( Oh well, we have learned a lot over the past two years, one, we can replace our own well pump and save ourselves $1,100.00 and two that people often say one thing and do another, just be aware that you may or may not get what you pay for, but what you pay for is what you get with this company good or bad!

This company charges far more than they should for the work they do. If you are considering them, get another estimate before proceeding. They tell you they dont charge by the hour but they do charge by the time their GPS system shows that their truck sets in your driveway whether they work or not. In our case they charged for 3 hours when they came out for a free estimate of some kitchen/bath work, but only did about 1 1/2 hours work on a water filter project unrelated to the quote. The owner said that the free estimate time didnt matter and was not considered because their GPS showed that their plumbing truck was in our driveway for 3 hours. Their estimate was over $1000. Two other companies quoted less than $400 for the same work. There are many more reputable plumbing companies out there.

Nobody likes having to call a plumber because it means something is broken...but if you do, I wholeheartedly recommend AAA City Plumbing! Theyve been my choice of plumbing expertise for many years, and Im never disappointed in the quality of the work or in the reasonable rate I end up paying. Every one of their staff that has come to my house over the years has been a real pleasure to deal with. Theyre always there when they say theyll be and the technicians always go the extra mile to make sure the work is done right, they never do anything that isnt necessary, and theyll cut you any break they can to keep you happy and keep your business. Theres a reason that Ive done business with them for so long and dont call anyone else when I need plumbing work!

I called AAA City Plumbing to pump out a septic tank on Friday July 1,. The tank was uncovered by my plumbers looking for a drain blockage. I went by today, July 5, tanks lid was not replaced in the proper manner and the tank was not covered with dirt, leaving the tank open is a safety hazard. When I spoke with the lady on the phone she said the tenant gave them permission to leave the tank uncovered. The tenant had no authority, they should have contacted me, the owner. . AAA Plumbing charged full price $310 yet they did not have to uncover the tanks lid and the did not close the lid or cover the tank. Today they are refusing to finish the job that I paid for. I will not call AAA Plumbing in Rock Hill again.

Our kitchen drain and disposal stopped working last night and had a pretty good amount of water underneath the sink... Called AAA City Plumbing early in the morning and 20 minutes later we had a tech at our house. Customer service was exceptional and the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He identified the problem and we had the disposal replaced and pipes cleared and rerouted since the builder had done a poor job installing. We were satisfied with the clean work and ensured that everything was working great. We would definitely hire them for the future projects. Fair, fast and recommended!

Very bad, had an appointment set for a week for a septic tank pump and sewer line installation. Called the day before to confirm everything was a go and was assure it was. They pumped the tank and promised to come back in a couple of hours to run the sewer line. They never showed and gave me the run around when I tried to call and get them to finish the job. It was a very poor experience. I would not recommend them.

Very dedicated and friendly service. AAA City Plumbing (Shane and Chris) did excellent work replacing my water heater. Although they initially remarked that we may have a day or so without hot water, they literally wouldnt stop until we had had hot water back on later in the evening. I was impressed with their commitment to not leaving until they had exceeded the customers expectation.

Horrible service!!! called at 12 noon to have them go to one of our customers homes to fix water leak and was told sometime after 3 pm. My customer called me at 3:45 to say AAA City Plumbing just called him and said they cant come out now and will be out on Monday! So this customer is just supposed to leave a leak in the wall until Monday. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

We had an emergency at 8pm on a Friday night and Shane Murray answered my call right away, added me to his already long list of calls and still made it out promptly! He was kind and friendly and fixed my problem in about 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend AAA City Plumbing for anyone with any problem big or small, night or day.....thanks Shane!

Setting the appointment, the service call, and the follow-up were five star. They were able to respond to our septic needs quickly and the men on the service call were very friendly. Before I knew it they were done. The follow-up call was also appreciated. They obviously care about their customer service and Ill use them again in the future.

Thank goodness for a knowledgeable plumbing co. I have wasted countless dollars and hrs with plumbers who could not get the problem fixed.... Coty Plumbing had the problem corrected and it has not had an issue sense. Dont waste your time with other plumbing co call AAA City Plumbing get it fixed and be done! Customer for life
