FAIR, PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH AND UPFRONT. I was born and raised in Titusville. I now spend most of my time in Houston but I still own a house in North Titusville. I came home to find that my toilet and shower were both failing to drain. I tried all the typical stuff home owners try with no success. At about 8 OClock on a Saturday night I dialed the main number to Alligator Plumbing and someone (Shawn) answered almost immediately. I was very impressed by that, someone answers their main number for emergency service. I told Shawn the situation and my address. He was very upfront about what he would do and what it would cost for him to do it. He was at my house within 20 minutes. Shawn was very professional and went above and beyond what I expected. When he left I knew exactly where I stood and my drains were flowing freely. I was charged exactly the amount I expected to be charged. You probably wont find someone who will show up in 20 minutes at 8 oclock on a Saturday night, but generally speaking you may find a company that charges slightly less than Alligator, there is probably a reason for that. These are the people you want to call.

After the hurricane our drains were backing up. We called Alligator and they came out and snaked them and fixed the issue, they charged us $175.00 which we knew up front and were happy to pay. Within 5 days, we were having the same issue. My husband called them and asked if they could come by and have a look again since we had just had it cleared. They came out the same day and resolved the issue for free, and gave us instructions on how to remedy the root problem and also a quote to do the work if we didnt want to do it ourselves. We will definitely continue using them for our plumbing needs.

Showed up within 15 minutes of calling them, replaced a segment of the main water line under the concrete. techs were helpful with questions and was reasonably-priced, even cleaned up nicely before leaving. Was the only company in a 20 mile radius that didnt want to just set up an appointment and leave me with no running water for a week.

Awful place. They just aim to rip you off for as much as they can. Charged almost $500 to simply clean a drain, and that included $200 to remove & reseat a toilet - something that takes about 20 minutes to do. Stay away from those folks.

Walk in for parts is a 5 star for the great help and great service. Out the door pricing is more then youll pay then places like Lowes ect... Sometimes paying more and getting it right the 1st time ends up saving you money.
