They came when they said they would and did a decent job. However, they charged me $150 for 45 min worth of work. Basically connecting a water line to the refigerator. The line was already there and all they had to do was connect it. I felt completely ripped off. The last plumber I hired was $95/hour with a helper. Just make sure you get an estimate before they perform any work. I didnt and I get the feeling this is why he felt entitled to just pull $150 out of thin air. I just feel like it was completely dishonest and shady. I had some more work that needed done and this motivated me to look it up on the internet and go to home depot and do it myself.

Awesome experience with these guys. Dave and Trevor did an awesome job replacing a toilet and fixing a sink in a custom bathroom. Dave was very informative on what he was/would be doing, gave a time estimate and stuck to it. Trevor, who I believe was training, was attentive and diligent in doing what was needed of him while maintaining a friendly helpful demeanor. Driving away I could hear Dave give Trevor a "you did a good job in there," which just completes the good impression I got from them. All in all, very satisfied and will recommend Drain Wizard to all my local friends and family.

I was working on a clog in my kitchen for a day and half and just couldnt get it to drain. I called 4 places and they were either too expensive, were bothered I called so late, or couldnt come till the next day. I called Carl at Drain Wizard and he quoted me a fair price and was at my house within 10 minutes. He fixed my issue and to my surprise gave me a military discount. He was very polite and I will definetly recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

WOW!!! I had a major bathroom leak on Sunday. After calling three plumbers and getting voice mail called Drain Wizard. Not only did he answer the phone personally but was there in less than 1/2 hour and fixed the problem. VERY fair price and exceptional service... Would certainly recommend him to everyone... He even called me three days later to make sure that everything was OK...

Carl was on time and very attentive to the problem. Him and Austen worked great together as a team. They were professional and courteous and worked diligently to get the job done and made sure we were happy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

We called today 1/24/2011, they were able to come within the hour! They were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. First time we had seen anyone clean out a clogged pipe, that way! It worked! Reasonable price. Definitely would recommend.
