Very very very pissed off dropped my truck off two days ago for just an estimate explained when I first called it wouldnt be put through insurance and still two days later I havent even got a call back or anything I will never take another vehicle to this place and do not recommend this place to no one itd be OK if they were fixing my truck but there not it was only taken there for an estimate what abdamn shame

this "business" has had my car over 2 weeks, for a minor scratch and dent repair, stopped answering the phone, never returned phone calls, and NOW.. appears to be out of business.. YET.. they have MY CAR. WTF! calling the Hillsborough Sheriffs Monday. this is OUTRAGEOUS. there is NO EXCUSE for not returning calls or letting people know whats going on.. WHEN YOU HAVE THEIR CAR.

To whom it may concern: Jack and Doris Castillo no longer own this establishment (CP&C) it has been almost 2 years since it has been sold. The new owner is Christine and ALOYSIUS Kalinowski (Ed Kalinowski is the manager) this can be verified by going to the Hillsborough County Property Appraiser site. Please do not contact Jack or Doris they cannot help you.

I took my car in two weeks ago to make minor repairs. I finally was able to get my car back after many telephone calls and the repairs had not been done and the check was cashed! Stay away! VERY bad news!
