So I was pretty much forced to go here by my insurance company because of a minor accident in 2008. I had major issues with my thermometer starting at the pick up of the car. Turned around on the drive home to tell them the problem. Apparently the mechanic had ripped the outside thermostat sensor tin the process of finishing up repairs on my car. They said they had found in on the floor of the shop and said it was "fixed" after 15 minutes of waiting. Within the first couple days of having the car back, the thermostat still was acting up a little so I decided to take it down to Suncoast VW for them to have a look. Instead of obtaining the right parts for the fix, the mechanic had drilled a hole in my radiator frame and just stuck the thermostat sensor wherever he could in order to get the job done. I contacted them about what Suncoast VW had found and begged for me to return to the shop so they could fix it. I denied returning and had asked them to pay for the repairs via Suncoast, which they did. Fast forward a few years, you can look at my car and tell that authentic parts were not used. The headlamp they replaces is completely oxidized and foggy and the paint of the panel damaged is completely off. Now Nationwide has them categorized as a Blue Ribbon Repair Shop which in turn ended up being the cheapest work in town. Ive seen people who run better auto body services out of their garage. I would highly suggest going somewhere else, even if theyre the recommended body shop of your insurance company.

I wanted to tell you how happy I am with the body shop Ford recommended the other day “Automotive Clinic”. My brand new mustang took a beaten and I was so upset and figured it would never be right. Well I was wrong Kevin at automotive clinic took excellent care of my car it looks perfect. I was very comfortable leaving in his hands very good customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone. I also wanted to thank Kenny in your service department for taking care of me and getting my car ready on such short noticed he did a great job.

David the new manager at caliber collision is a very mean and bad person. He accused me of trying to take advantage of them. He did not even take a good look at the problem that I wanted to know about. He just said it was my fault. Avoid this place at all cost now that David is in charge. This guy is a bit psychotic, he accused me of recording the whole incident. David I have a Tin Foil Hat for you.

I took my 2004 Hyundai in after my car accident and from start to finish the service was excellent! Not only did they repair my vehicle to tip-top-shape, but they also found me a great deal on new headlights (they were super old/dirty) and fixed my damaged side mirror (from a previous accident). I couldnt ask for a better repair shop. I highly recommend them!
