Wow. This gym is simply amazing! I tried out the kickboxing class for the first time and I promise you Ive never sweat as much as I did in that one hour. The instructors are incredibly motivating and it had the perfect environment to want to push yourself as hard as you can. The staff are very nice, especially one, named Sam Sanchez. He showed me where each class would be held and explained to me what the class consisted of which helped me mentally prepare for the workout. Definitely recommend to anyone!!!

Best gym in South Miami/Pinecrest/Gables area HANDS DOWN!!! After training at other gyms for approx 3.5 years, my wife encouraged me to visit M Cycle with her. I was immediately hooked. The always friendly environment, infectious energy, fantastic instructors and members, and group classes encouraged me to adopt and maintain a fitness lifestyle that has transformed my body and fitness to the best its ever been. Have gone through numerous gyms down here in south Florida, but I must say, M Cycle is by far the most well run and most sanitary of them all! From Sam the young man who works at the front desk, to all the trainers and staff, they proved to be some of the most genuine and caring workers Ive come across. Absolutely phenomenal experiences with the spinning and boxing classes. Very much recommended to anyone who is looking for the best gym experience down in Miami.

Love this gym! Its my home away from home. No matter what class I end up taking on any given day, Im always sure to sweat and get a great workout. The classes here are no joke and since you have so many options to choose from you dont get bored. The instructors motivate and are available for personal training too. And Im loving the new floors in the weight room, new mirrors in the classroom and the fresh coats of paint all around!

Great variety of classes and very clean, very friendly vibe as the owner is always there to give you a fist bump and hype you up for the workout! Trainers are always energetic and positive. Im a person who feels uncomfortable at gyms but at Mcycle theres a very welcoming and comfortable energy created to make you feel at home! Highly suggest you check it out!
