25 y/o male - I have been seeing Rick on and off since I was sixteen for haircuts. I can honestly say Ive never left their salon concerned with how I look. Having entered the professional, career world recently, this is the only place I will go for a haircut. As they have expanded their number in stylists, the quality of their professionalism has not decreased in any way. If I cannot see Rick then I have no problem seeing anyone else, because I know that Rick has the expectation of professionalism from his team. I went in today and got my haircut with a new style in mind and even with a lady that I have never had my hair cut by before (Ashley), the outcome was excellent. She was able to give me advice on styling, product, and even what shampoo to use to best fit the needs of my hair. If it were possible, Id give them a 6/5 because to me, the company as a whole has set a standard of excellence that I have yet to see anywhere else.

I had my first appointment recently with "Rick" (aka Victor Russell), and he cuts beautifully! You dont need to go to Orlando or Winter Park, because New York City (where he practiced for years) has come to us. We are lucky to have had him retire to our area and open a local salon, as opposed to opening one in a more urban area. Finally! We dont have to travel long ways for a GREAT cut. Hes not cheap, (when compared to St. Cloud prices )but he was still less than ones I went to in Longwood and Winter Park (before moving south). After a few more visits, Ill ask if I can skip the blowdry/style and hopefully save a few bucks. He also has a specialist that does color, they do make-up, and Ricks has created a line of colognes. And hes got community spirit, having recently created a calendar using clients as models and the theme of (if I remember correctly) "Old Hollywood."

Finding Victor Russell in Saint Cloud was like discovering a treasure! There is nothing like a salon where you can get your hair done, get pampered, and where you can trust the owners to give you expert opinions and stand behind their services. I have had a life-long struggle with my very thick and difficult hair. Rick Villard knew *exactly* what to do to make it more manageable for me on a day to day basis. My hair is long and has NEVER looked better!! I found them eight years ago and only wish I had found them sooner. They are wonderful people - amusing, caring, informative. Their facility is sparkling clean and very classy atmosphere where the coffee is always hot and the conversation always entertaining! Thank you Rick, Joe, and Co. l remain your loyal customer!

THe knowledge, creativity and expertise of Rick in Victor Russell Studios SURPASSES anyone that I have visited in Central Florida. His cuts are unique and thoughtful and frame the face beautiful. Andy best of all he an cut hair with a thought towards low maintenance!!! And he is also an make up expert so you can walk out with your best face.
