The girl I orginally had my highlights scheduled with called in sick so Karen was recommended to me. Karen wanted to leave early this day so she didnt listen to anything I wanted. I was very clear about what I wanted (which we breifly discussed and was told was easily doable so I know what I was asking for was realistic) but she rushed through the highlights, the processing time and the toner and I left with almost the same hair I came in with. I have light, dirty blonde hair which is very easy to lighten and I left with tiny, suble golden streaks, when what I wanted was for my grown out roots to be platinum blonde to match the ends of my hair. I also told her I didnt want my highlights to go all the way to my scalp and she didnt listen to that either. When I say she did nothing that I wanted I mean it. To be fair, I was 15 minutes late because my appt was pushed back 30 min since I had to rebook with Karen, but to make up for it I agreed that we wouldnt blow dry my hair which was no biggie, but rushing through my entire appointment and failing to even make an effort to color my hair like we had discussed is a big deal. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a salon. She also was also very short with me the entire time. I dont know why she took the appointment since she wanted to get out of there so badly. I felt so rushed and uncomfortable that there were several time I wanted to just get up and leave but I obviously couldnt because she had already begun working on my hair. Im so disappointed with my experience with Karen.

For years, I struggled to find the right stylist. My hair was even orange for a period of time. I have many pictures from my past that make me cringe. My hair was horrible. I have very thick hair, and it is no easy task to find someone who can both cut it and color it to my liking. And then, I found Karen. She is absolutely awesome! She has been cutting and coloring my hair for a few years now, and I couldnt be happier. She doesnt judge me when I decide to cut my own bangs. She just fixes them. :) I have been foiling my hair for over a decade, and she is the first person to do exactly what I want. I like it to look natural, and it does. Even when it grows out, there is not a line showing the growth. It looks blended into my own hair. I love it! If you have struggled with finding the stylist who understands your desires and can execute that into beautiful hair, look no further. Karen is your girl! If I ever decide to move, it will be very tough for me to find someone who matches her ability. I will probably travel back to have my hair done. Cheers to happy hair days!

I cant say enough nice comments about this salon. My boyfriend has been going here for years and being from South Florida, I needed a permanent salon in Orlando so I tried this one. When I first came in I was a brunette with long hair and wanted to try going blonde for the summer. I went to Natalie and was a little nervous because in the past I had put highlights in and hated it. She is AMAZING! I started putting a few highlights in and now I’m blonde and LOVE it. I’ve gotten so many comments on my hair color. Yesterday I went in and chopped my hair off into a short cut. I was again a little nervous but all I did was show her a picture and she knocked it out of the park. I love it, everyone I’ve seen loves it. I couldn’t be happier!! The staff is always happy and friendly and I’ve never been pushed to buy products. If you’re looking for a new salon, this place rocks! I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone! P.S. I’ve never written a review on any website before. That’s how amazed I am at her work!

The ladies at the desk are awesome! Very personable. The stylists are very well trained and they know their product lines. I have always left VERY happy with my hair and my product purchases!! The parking isnt easy as this is a very busy shopping center - but that cant be helped. **** The owner is not welcoming - unless your her client. Ive been to many salons all over the country, and this was a first! How hard is it to smile and say "Hi" when your the owner? **** The "artwork" throughout the salon is AWFUL!! Not to mention in poor taste - how many women want to look at paintings of naked women when theyre getting their hair done? (bad paintings no less) Not at all appropriate for a "high end salon". As much as I like this salon (and LOVE my stylist) Id be embarrassed to send anyone I know there.

Like Stranger Things, somethings you have to see to believe. This is the best Salon hands down. While all of the staff are exceptionally skilled and wonderful, Jillian is a cut above the rest. Pun intended. As you can tell I dont have many friends, but when I walk through these doors I feel like I at least got some. When I asked for a haircut of a video game character like a loser, she never made fun of me. Also one time I asked for the haircut of Spider-Man with the mask on and she did a fantastic job. Shes also like a level 20 in Pokémon GO. So make Salon INXS™ your next PokéStop and youll catch an incredible haircut- and maybe even a sweet Pokémon.

Hands down best Salon in Central Florida! All the stylists are amazing & are up to date with the latest hair styles & trends. The Nail technician Michelle is fantastic at what she does, & the estiticians really know what they are doing & you can tell they truly Love what they do, In my opinion that really makes or break a persons experience. Also the evening and weekend hours are very convenient, and the fact that you are a full service salon & not limiting your clients to just hair but also nails, waxing, make up, etc; is amazing! Xo

Ive been coming to Salon Inxs for 7 years now and have never been disappointed. The salon staff are always so friendly. They salon is clean and I like the look of it. Jillian is an amazing hairdresser and is the best with cuts and color. If youre looking for a salon in the Winter Springs/Oviedo area - go here!

I love this salon and my stylist Brittney is AMAZING. I have very thick, long hair and she knows exactly what to do to make it look its best. Shes very familiar with all the current trends and my color and cut are always on point. I would definitely recommend Brittney to anyone who wants amazing hair :)

This was my first visit, after having a terrible time finding a place i like and trusted. Rachel was excellent at her job! She worked with me and made sure I was comfortable with everything.I got a cut and color and I love it! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Mallory Edwards is great! She is amazing! Shampoo, color, etc. I have a very difficult curly hair, she was able to manage my hair and make it look healthy and shinny. My style last it at least 4 days.
