I wouldnt even give 1 star but I couldnt post without selecting it. I am angry, disappointed and out $120. IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT YOU CAN PROVIDE THE REQUESTED RESULT SAY SO. On Wednesday I requested color, silver blended with my existing gray roots even showed her several pix, she said it would be no problem. Due the poor lighting in the salon I didnt realize till I walked outside that it was not what I wanted worst yet by Saturday it had completely wash out. I called and was impressed they got me in right away to redo. HUGE mistake. Second attempt was dark grey, and again couldnt see any silver till I was in the sunlight and they changed me an additional $15 for a blow-by. Oh but it gets worse. The first time I washed it Monday morning it is now DULL and GREEN. Really? I am on vacation and am stuck with THIS or pay double for a correction. Grrr

I was in search of a new hair stylist. On a whim, I went to Beautiful Hair Color Studio. Im glad I did! I was set up with an appointment for that day with Courtney. Courtney was so pleasant and really understood the problems associated with my hair type...in between wavy and curly. She was professional and attentive...but best of all I got a GREAT haircut. Thank you...I will be back :)
