Was super disappointed with the service and the price. Lady on the phone told me the fair price, $40 for the blow dry on medium length hair, I agreed, made an appointment. The salon inside was pretty good and it looked like you should be in professional place, which resulted in completely another experience. The lady started to wash my hair suggesting me super expensive treatments, I said no, I just need a regular blow dry. I really needed JUST A BLOW DRY with my ends to be STRAIGHT. Then when she started styling she did curls on my ends with the round brush, I asked why???? I wanted my hair to be straight, then she responded that she will use the flat iron and make them straight. I agreed silently.... Finally, when it was the time to pay, my bill was $96 instead of $40. I asked why, and they told me that there was an extra charge for "special" shampoo and flat iron styling which I never ordered... My evening was ruined as well as my attitude for the upcoming party. Will NEVER EVER COME BACK!!!!!

Had a GREAT experience here when I brought my daughter for her first haircut on her first birthday. Rafael was quick, caring and did a great job with her hair. We loved being in the princess room and were accommodated with lots of pictures and friendly assistance. When my daughter got a little fussy he knew jut what to do. We got a good cut, at a good price and Im so happy with the experience (this after walking out of Cut N Play where they were obnoxious and the environment was dirty). Ill be back to this salon.

I am in Miami for 27 years and in all this years never I met a better hair dresser than this one.Trini made my hair back to what it was healthy,shine and smooth.I changed hair dresser like changing shoes. Thank you to my lovely hair dresser stylist Tawanna and all the grew for giving me my hair back with denominal products too.
