I had dinner here for the first time last night and I have to so, I was impressed. From the view to the food everything was great. We sat outside over looking Haulover inlet, I wasnt expecting that. Deffinately one of the best views around town to enjoy a nice meal at. The staff was great, and very friendly. We were greeted by our waitress immediately, followed by the manager. I saw the lunch menu one day and there was the "72 hour short rib" sandwich, it sounded so good, so I asked if they could make it for dinner expecting a little hesitation, but the waitress said no problem. It was awesome! My girl had the the Gnoochi pasta which was also very good. We also had the "Dales Pale Ale", recommended by the waitress, I have never heard of it before, but if i see it anywhere again Im going to order it. Overall I had a great experience Mister Collins, five stars. I would recommend this place to anyone!

LOVE this place. First impressions are key and theirs topped my expectations. We were greeted by very friendly staff and offered champagne upon entering the lobby. The bell service was great and handled our luggage with care. They provided a crib for our little one, but went the extra mile by adding a miniature animal tote bag with baby toiletries. The view was incredible along with the very modern bathroom design that had floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the ocean. We proceeded to rent a private cabana that were accompanied by a waitress who took amazing care of us. I could go on and on about how fantastic this place was, but then Id run out of space. This will now and forever be a go to stay cation resort.

The Ritz Carlton Bal Harbour like other Ritz Carltons is a 5 star resort and provides the 5 star experience you come to expect from the brand. On this visit I was there for a social engagement and did not stay on the property and but did get the use of the accommodations which were impeccable. The staff were attentive, courteous, and friendly as expected from the brand. The property is in a nice location off a secluded drive over looking the Intracoastal waterfront. The grounds arent a spacious as other properties, but that is a limitation of the geography in that area versus design decision. Overall I look forward to being able to stay on the property to fully enjoy everything they have to offer.

FYI=We ate brunch there yesterday. I had the Lobster Roll - with a black, burned roll and hard/dried-out lobster, with greasy deep fried vegetable. Chicken liver appetizer was very overcooked and the pancakes did not look like pancakes. My companion had the Crabcake Benedict - but the eggs were super overcooked. What is wrong with your kitchen?? The wait staff was really great, very attentive, but your maitred did not find our reservation!! I confirmed it as well. Your view is beyond expectation, but your decor :( FYI just thought youd like back a comment, we went on a TravelZoo voucher to check out your restaurant. PS: The Bellinis helped us get through the bad food.

Stayed in Suite 412/413 suite. Nice. December 26-30th, 2015. BEWARE. No lifeguard on duty, no basic surf warnings. I am fit, 65" man and was swept into a raging riptide. I tried swimming across, even tried on my back and kept getting further out to sea. I waved both hands, screaming at the shore line and my daughter saw me struggling to free myself. Terrifying and almost drowned. No one saw me, no one helped me and my daughter almost witnessed my death. BEWARE. Ritz is not taking care of basic safety of their guests. I never post negative reviews, but this is ridiculous. The pier makes surf unstable...!

Food was perfect - Delicious breakfast, lunch, & dinner! ----3. 24/7 Vallet Parking - Super nice & courteous guys working vallet. I never touched a car door handle. ----4. Room Service - Simply STELLAR! ----5. Best View in Florida! - We stayed in a Premier Suit Overlooking the Harbor & the Ocean. My wife & I had the best vacation ever! We ate at the restaurant there for brunch for Fathers day the food was outstanding. The only reason for 4 stars was slow service. Our server took half the tables orders first and didnt take other half until quite a bit later. Needless to say half the table was done eating by the time the other half got their food. My father in law got his food last and it was just a bagel with salmon.

I stayed there, and the view was terrible. Their website has false-advertising. They claim to have "Ocean Front Rooms", but in reality all you are looking at is a highway and a polluted river. The WiFi is terrible, and Cellular Data doesnt even work. If you are looking to stay at a hotel that has a real view of the ocean, stay at St. Regis in Bal Harbour.

Amazing. My husband booked a night here for my birthday and from the time we checked in the staff was so attentive and the room was perfect! They suprised us with balloons, champagne and cake in the room. Edwin at our cabana went above and beyond and we felt well taken care of. Im coming back as soon as possible! Thank you.

Stayed 5 days in March 2009. Amazing views, amazing service, wonderful beach, wonderful bed linens, room was always clean and smelled fresh and the staff was very attentive. Only "complaints" were a rude housekeeper on last day and the price of the food was not equal to the quality at One Blue...but it was still wonderful.

Sorry guys... you blew it - you dont deserve the Ritz name! I have a mouth full of bad feedback for you guys and youre the only service I give less than 3 stars in the past 3 months. The front desk is useless, the team is rude, the place is empty and just by that you can tell they are going down... it is what it is.

Pricey, but the experience is awesome and relaxing. The lobby is quiet and the views are great. I had a wonderful time. Even crazier, they even have some free bikes for cruising on the beachfront!

Stopped in for a glass of wine and some hor doeuvres delicious wings and Japanese peppers. Really didnt care much for th staff uniforms. Jeans with rips not acceptable in the atmosphere.

Just went for a meeting at one of their conference rooms. They were doing construction and it was disruptive to our meeting. The service was superb - as expected at a Ritz Carlton.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. Since they took over in October theyve made changes to bring it to the Ritz standards. I would definitely come back to stay and also eat.
