my experience at this place was disgusting. I wanted to remove the hair on certain parts of my body. I was in 2015 and I bought a package of six sessions in each area, in total were more than $1000. My first mistake, sign a consent form very long with letters very small and not make any amendment or marginal note. During the second session changed the intensity of the machine and they burned me. At the beginning I felt the burning feeling and discomfort but I thought that was normal, as days pass my skin was changing it got so red and itchy. My mistake not to have gone to this place at that time and require a specialist to see me. I felt so bad that I didnt want to leave my house, I could not walk, was very uncomfortable, I tried different creams for burns, but all was in vain. Finally, after three weeks it had healed. Six weeks after I went to the place because I had my monthly session and then I told them what had happened. A new person greeted me, his name is Joe, this lady is hispanic, She was very comprehensive, in fact it is the only professional person in that place, but unfortunately the solution to my problem does not depend on it. On the contrary, the person in charge of this place examined me and I must confess I never asked her if she was a doctor, so after that she agreed that I had been burnt and now the whole area was stained and marked. She recommended me to get a peel but I should wait for a new product that would come in two weeks, so I had to wait. The agreement was that this treatment would be totally free. The fifteen days I attended, I did the first peel supposedly“ free”, but they told me that I should buy a cream and a soap as part of the treatment of peeling. My second mistake, I bought it believing in the seriousness of these people and their professionalism. I spent more than $80 in those products and let me tell you something, theres no difference with any product may you acquire in a pharmacy. I had to travel and spent two months before I could go back and tell them that the peeling it didnt work. My surprise was when I return, they told me that I should get three or four peels more, but that I should pay for it but they will make an exception and give me a 10% discount. Could you imagine how I felt? I was burned in this place. They never made responsible. I was used. They didnt bother to ever do a good job or my health and well being, they just were thinking about the money. I was so indignant to think that I had paid so much money for a treatment that was supposed to be done by professionals. So, I refused to pay more money and demanded that I return the money corresponding to the sessions that I never did and these people instead of calling me back to my full money decided they could not give me the money including the discount, so they discount the two sessions that I did like a price full sessions when I had paid with discount for the package. This is the most awful place with the most irresponsible people, that has ever visited in the united States. The worst customer service, these people should be inspected by some agency of the state to verify if they have the personnel and the license to work in the area of health. Any person who decides to receive treatment there, know that if something happens to you they will never made responsible. I was burned and marked and no one took responsibility, so put a note in the authorization where they are held accountable in cases like mine. Second, if they burn you or hurt you, demand at that moment for a professional or a doctor and go there with a lawyer, do not trust them, then they will not mind if they hurt you. I trust them and now I cant do nothing. Finally, do not buy any product if you decide to take the peel because its not worth it.

Terrible management and customer service. My family and I have experienced many of their services and while their equipment is top notch, the customer service is not nearly up to that level. For ex. it says right on the door they are open mon-sat till 8. On couple occasions I came at 7.30 only to find out that all tanning beds are taken and I couldnt wait for one (an average session takes 10min) since they need time to clean so that they can leave at 8 sharp... No courtesy whatsoever either, the stuff (the young spanish girl in particular) is bery blunt and comes out plain rude. Not even a basic understanding of customer service, you even have to wait for a receptionist to come up front because shes got her own agenda in the treatment room... On Saturdays Im not even sure what their opening time is since their door was closed at 6.30 with no explanation next to the printed "8pm" on the door... Moreover, quite often you have to wait for a tanning bed only because its not cleaned untill there is an actual customer and sometimes I feel like the "stand-ups" are not cleaned ever since the holding bars are very often smeared with somebodys tanning lotion... Disgusting! I could go on and on about other examples but just take my word - untill they change the management youd be better off going someplaace else especially given their rather steep prices (which would be totally worth it otherwise!). What a shame for owners that invested so much money in the great equipment and interior!

I usually dont write reviews but after my awesome experience there, I feel its well deserved. I had multiple services there such as facials, body treatments and laser hair removal. I had debated getting laser treatment because I had heard so many horror stories from my friends. When I bought a package for bikini hair removal, I was very nervous. A year later I am now going back to do my legs. I couldnt be more pleased with how it turned out. I do not EVER have to shave or wax and staff has always been professional, knowledable and made me feel comfortable. I am excited to have my legs done too and know it is a great value for my money. I cant recommend this place enough. I look and feel 10 years younger. Solea Medical Spa is AWESOME!

Review Update: rewriting my previous review as the new management has contacted me shortly. Yes it did take me two months, but I have to be fair. Reviewing LPG and facials only: This time, I had a great experience here. I got a lipomassage and hyperbolic oxygen facial package. My esthetician was named Olga or something similar. The entire experience was very relaxing and my skin looked great afterwards. The tanning review will come later when I try their Kiwi-King spray tanning bed. I will happily be coming back again.

Solea Med Spa is a definitive spa experience. I couldnt believe they offered so many diverse services under one roof. The team, especially the technicians are super knowledgable and approachable.Would def. recommend to everyone i know.
