Great staff at the Spa. Great staff at the pool. Pool side drinks and Food especially the Wagu Burger was amazing. Reasonable in price. The highlight of my day was to be as planned a massage. I have done many spas. Some are to small. Some are all hype. This one is just perfect. Patricia really listened to what I wanted, and improvised the massage she really helped me. I recommend planning your day to end at sunset. Amazing view of Miami skyline at dusk.

The attention to the customer is good in the salon, but a bad finish on the part of the specialist of the color. I Asked her for another possible correction because the result was not the expected and she didnt even answer me. NOT RECOMMENDED

MY FIRST AND LAST TIME IN THIS PLACE! Bad bad bad service. The rooms dirty, towels smells like they havent been wash ever! I got a gift certificate for my boyfriend and definitely regret about it. Dont go this place never! Not worth the money
