We had a couples massage booked here but decided to cancel the week before because we needed to trim back the cost of the trip. When I called to cancel, they couldnt find our reservation but we were assured the appointment would be cancelled. The day of the appointment, I received a call saying that we would be charged for a no-show. I went down to the spa and the lady who helped me was not only polite and wonderfully competent but she was funny too. She figured out that the lines had been crossed and that we were booked at the downtown location. She called the other location and had the charges reversed. Im reserving the 5th star because I cannot actually speak to the quality of services (since we didnt have any) but based on how this situation was handled, Im betting this is a place that does things right!!

This spa and gym is heaven on earth, I come here because I have class pass so I have the right to take a couple of barre or yoga classes per month, the vale is super cheap ($5 but need to get validation otherwise is $30!) the amenities are sooooo luxurious! Steam room, towels, lockers, sandals, jacuzzi and a relaxing "zen" room with tea and nuts and a warm neck pillow for relaxing after the class are so pampering, also in the womens locker room you can find anything from shampoo to pads and razors showers etc, perfect to spend the day in there relaxing after the class. A lot of spoiling going on in there!

Absolutely horrible customer service - the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Front desk staff is rude, they dont listen and no one returns your phone calls. They try to over charge you and blame it on a system error. Adriana is the best esthetician there, but dealing with the staff will be a seriously challenge. Be sure to double check your receipt and bank or credit card statements!!!! And they always keep your credit card on file - no matter what. Even if you only have service there once - they still keep it on file!!

I had a Thai stretch massage with Monica and it was excellent! She was very good at focusing in on a couple trouble areas I have and also knowledgeable about how to prevent it in the future. World class experience and super sweet lady!
