I bought a coupon through Dealfind for a haircut, gloss and manicure for $25, great deal I thought...well, I was wrong, very wrong. I asked for a haircut, I opted out of the manicure after I saw how dirty the manicure stations looked, figured it was fungus infection waiting to happen. The lady that cut my hair was Francis, I showed her s picture of the cut I wanted, she proceeded. Then when she finished she offered to blow dry, I said "ok". First of all the haircut was nothing like the picture I wanted, neither was the style. Oh well I thought, and tipped the girl anyhow. As I was walking out of the salon the front desk lady called me back in informing me I owed $40. I explained that I had already given her my Dealfind coupon, she then informed me that the blow was extra!! $40 EXTRA!! I told her I was NEVER informed that it would be extra, and that it was absurd that if I had paid $25 for that coupon that included cut, gloss and manicure, that I HAD to pay $40 ONLY for the blow. I felt tricked! they lure you in with a "good deal" and then they rip you off!! We kept arguing, which I found very difficult to do because the Oriental lady hardly spoke English, but she insisted $40!! I could not believe it! after I didnt even have the manicure. The cut was very bad and the blow was even worse!! I was shocked and disgusted for being tricked into having to pay such ridiculous fee for something I should have been informed would be extra! I am surprised she didnt charge me for the coffee I had as well! I had another coupon which my daughter was going to use at a later date and gave it to her, telling her she could keep it and consider herself paid! There is NO way my daughter would ever go to that salon after the horrible experience I had! They should have paid me for messing up my hair and wasting my time.

As far as the service goes, Voi Salon is excellent. Margareth is amazing. She gives the best pedicures Ive ever had. My husband is Alla Os client, and says that she is wonderful. Stella is my hair stylist. She is also excellent at both cut and color. My few complaints about the salon would be that the staff is inclined to speak Russian or Spanish to each other while working on a client in a rather unprofessional way. They also take cell phone calls and check their texts in the middle of working. When I am in the chair, I am not interested in hearing their chit chat across the salon. The client should be the focus. The salon is not as spotless as it should be, and there is cords and wiring all over the floor. If these things were addressed, I would absolutely give Voi Salon 5 stars plus.

Cela fait 2ans que je vais chez le coiffeur chez Voi Salon sur la 170 ieme rue de collins avenue à Sunny Isles, et jai toujours éte très satisfaiteI .lls ont toutes les nouvelles techniques et ils sont super sympathiques.

Amazing! You have to go and experience yourself....Margareth is the best Brazilian Manicure ever!!! Her service is impeccable. Yes! Its maybe more expensive than other places but the service wont be comparable. I did my hair once and I am very happy with that as well. Rick is talented enough so I believe youll like his services as well.

This salon is unprofessional. They speak russian all the time between each other. Unlimited annoying russian music make me puke. Probably this salon is just for russian people. No excuses, no appologize. Feels like Brighton Beach...

Very high class and so totally not over priced like I thought it might be... Reasonable pricing... Very professional everything is top of the line and up to date... I would strongly recommend this place to tourists and residents

All these positive reviews are fakes for sure! Dont be fulled by these people. They cheat and overcharge!!! Came with 50% discount coupon, but was charged full service price!!!!!!!
