Been going regularly since the beginning of the year. As in previous written reviews, it is really CLEAN with the ladies attending to the customers providing the various services are so VERY PLEASANT/COURTEOUS, effectively performing the services whether it be waxing, to mani/pedicure to massages and most importantly (to me at least), they are all conscientious to speak softly amongst themselves. This compliments the calm spa like ambiance, with the spa music playing in the background. Surely refreshing and enjoyable versus the typical annoying loud conversations the attendants engage in. Indeed a great find! Kudos to the owner as she gives those awesome back massages while us customers dry our hands and feet. Plus the sweetheart specialists who are ever so friendly and proficient. Try them out and see for yourself...

Update: I scheduled an appointment with Anna and when I came in she was unaware and already had someone. I had told the manager specifically I wanted Anna to fix my nail because I like the work she does. It was made to seem that she would squeeze me in, but then another person "fixed" my nail. The quality wasnt the same. Anna didnt even bother to explain anything to me! The manager just left to buy a cake for someone! Keeping customers happy is not their priority. Dont go here. Got the acrylic dip nails and Anna made them really short for me. They feel light and secure. Everyone was friendly and the price was reasonable.

I was very pleased with my experience here. When I walked in they were much larger than I expected, with a very pleasant atmosphere. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and they took me into one of the back rooms where I got to lie down while she did it. On the way out I decided to get a manicure as well. It was pretty standard and turned out well. While my nails were drying another woman came and gave me a back massage which was a nice touch. I didnt get a pedicure, my I saw some other clients getting it done while my nails dried, and I think Ill definitely go back some time to try it out.

I love, love, love this place! Kathy is the best technician in there. I came to this place in desperation after getting some bad acrylic nails other places. They talked me into try this organic gel and it is awesome! It doesnt even feel like I have "fake" nails on at all and I have gotten so many compliments. The gel is really flexible and doesnt break as easily. The only downside is that since the Famous Daves restaurant opened there it is really hard to find parking in their lot, which isnt their fault. You can find parking in the neighborhood behind though pretty easily.

Love this salon! The atmosphere is amazing and very welcoming. They had tons of colors of polish to choose from which I loved. Free beverages like soda, coffee, and tea. Order a pedicure and the lady rubbed my feet for a good period while I sipped coffee and enjoyed the comfy massage chair! She did a perfect job of care on my toes! Then she worked on my nails which I believed of my my favorite sets Ive ever had. She made them square and sharp, exactly per my request. She took her time and they are smooth with no imperfections....

What a Great job they did with my skin! it made it so smooth and it was really nice! They have tons of services to choose from, and all for a great price. They have tons of gel colors to choose from. An the staff here are very friendly and commit to their job. You can see the results after! I can feel relaxed here. They keep the store very clean and they disinfect all their tools. They always open tools in a sealed packed. I feel very relaxed and I highly recommend to get their needs done here. They got all my desires filled!

I have been going to nail salons for more than 20 years. ECA Nails is among the best. And I have been a regular ECA Nails customer for about a year now. The salon is very clean, bright, peaceful and welcoming. All the nail technicians are skillful; my personal favorite is Kathy. And Sim, the owner, is an elegant and charming woman. The $44 price for a mani/pedi is worth it! And the 15-minute chair massage for $20 is, too. With their wide range of services, you can create your own spa day at ECA Nails.

OMG!!! Cleanest place Ive ever been! Spotless! It is so important for me, and the service! People here were very friendly to their customers and they cleaned up everything after every customers. Their pedi chairs were still in good condition and were very comfortable to sit on. I had Gel Pedicure today and my tech did it perfectly. The color on my nails looked just so beautiful. So loved it. Price was cheap for such a high quality products they used on me. I cant wait to see them again!!!

The best nail salon in the area. This nail salon itself is well organized and clean. People here are very quick and friendly. They clean up everything after every customers. Today i came to have Spa Pedicure for $45 and they didnt disappoint me at all. I loved they way they made my nails turn out. The lady that took care of me was patient and careful, she went step by step and made everything looked perfect before moved on. Plus, price is reasonable too. I absolutely come back soon!!!

AMAZING! I agree with other reviews, you get what you pay for and more. The women that work here are extremely hard working, kind and courteous. Ive been to dozens of nail salons all over this town and this one is the best. Less expensive than most and my nails turn out better! My shellac manicure stays on for 2 weeks or more and still looks great, which is unheard of for most. Definitely my favorite place and I love coming here, especially for the price ;)

Must try their hot oil manicure. That was the first time I try this one and so love it. To be honest, I wouldnt go back to regular manicure any more. Moreover, this salon was really nice with plenty of space and chairs. The lady worked on my nails were so friendly and professional. He took her time on every detail of my nails. With reasonable prices, this place deserves five stars.

I have to say, I go here all the time & its good -- especally the eyebrown waxings. I prefer a clean, more natural (less pencil thin) brow & they always get it right. The only time I did not enjoy my mani / pedi, was when the older lady, who I think is the owner, was my manicurist...she didnt do a very good job. But the other ladies who work there, are great & really nice!

One star for the lady who greeted me and started the pedicure....then another lady took over and rushed through the whole thing barely scrubbing or filing....everyone around me looked like theirs were great I think I just got unlucky with the lady. Then she stood next to me right when I went for my toes to dry and said "you pay now" ...uncomfortable and $39 not coming back

I LOVE this place! I came in to get a deep tissue massage and it just blew me away! Not only that, but the staff here are friendly and they keep this salon very clean. But, yeah, during my massage I just fell asleep, it felt like sleeping on clouds. I really wish it would last a little longer than an hour. Oh well, Ill definitely be coming back for more massages!
