I went here with a Groupon, so I got a mani-pedi for $17, but even the $35 that it usually costs is super cheap for this area so I was planning to keep going back if it was good. I had no trouble making an appointment--they are open until 8 on weekdays, which is nice. The salon is clean and well kept, the pedicure chairs are brand new and really nice, and they have a great selection of nail polish colors. However, that is where my good review stops. The woman who did both my manicure and pedicure was rushed and sloppy even though it was long before closing. She didnt take care or time with one single portion of either the mani or pedi. She was not thorough and extremely harsh with my cuticles (over pushing and clipping just the middle of my finger nails but leaving the sides) and the callus removal (really scrubbing the arch of my foot which of course has no calluses but barely touching the rest), and she barely massaged me at all. On top of it, the painting job looked like something I would have done left-handed. Even at $17, it was a waste of time and money and not a relaxing experience at all. It was really disappointing because its in an area I frequent and would have liked to keep going back.

I dont get all of the glowing reviews of this place.....I tried this place because of the Yelp reviews, but this time, not so consistent. Went here for a pedicure, only, and opted for one of the signature pedicures. It was NOT inexpensive (it was actually quite pricey for the quality of service I was given). Had an appointment and still had to wait (not cool). Was finally taken back to the bowl/chair. The lady scrubbed by foot so hard, it brought blood near the surface of my skin (but never came through the skin). I noticed it when I got home! REALLY?! In addition, a very sloppy job of polishing my nails was done (polish on skin, etc.). The massage and scrub felt great, but as far as the finished product, #FAIL.

Im really picky about my nails. I live in ffx and discovered that there is no consistency with any of the nail places ive been to in my area....trust me, its the first thing i looked for after moving here. Bought the living social offer with a couple of my gfs and checked this place out. i guess i got super lucky bc although some of my friends didnt completely love their nails, i had nothing to complain about with mine. Became a regular here with Katie and not planning on changing at all. My 5th visit today and as always, i LOVE my shellac french. Well worth the 20 mins drive and really well priced compared to the price of shellac french in my area (and a couple times it was just super ugly) i leave happy everytime.

Got a pedi today at Present Nail Spa. The salon was nice and clean. The staff was friendly, especially the receptionist. I was offered something to read and some water as she was walking me back to the pedicure station. A big plus for me was the technician (TT) that did my pedi used tools that had been sterilized and sealed in a "new kit." Thumbs up for that! The pedicure itself was nothing extraordinary. They did do a good job, not the BEST that Ive had, but good. I think the atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the salon will keep me coming back for Lunch Time Pedis!

It was a very pleasant experience. Kindly greeted when I walked in and was directed to the wall of nail colors, mostly reds then my manicure was started immediately. She took the time to address some nail issues I had that my old salon never did, but didnt waste any time. Nails turned out beautiful and cant wait to go back for one of their unique pedicures in a great massage chair. Like another reviewer said, it didnt smell like a nail salon! They take credit cards, but tips are still cash only.

Horrible service, blood, different shape, different size, attitude!!!! I asked to change the nail techician, but the second one didnt know her job either. They dont see obvious shape differences. Techicians: Kim and Hayden. Ive noticed they dont pay attention what the client wants. Its seemed like they didnt do it in purpose, but they really dont know their job. They really dont see that one nail is shorter, but the other one os longer. Rush. What a waste of 65$.

It took me 12 nail salons to find this place. I am a really picky person when it comes to my nails and finding the right salon took me a while. Lisa is amazing! She takes her time and does an amazing job. I love designs and colors and every time I bring a new idea to her she isnt afraid to make it happen. I have had techs who flat out say no and do a poor job. Lisa on the otherhand has impressed me. I definitely recommend this place.

Highly Recommended! The place is cozy and very nice. Ive been going to this place three or four times now and always satisfied with the services. They are very friendly and the most important thing is that they always make you feel welcomed. I love those kind of services. I already told all my friends about you guys at Present Nail because you guys are well deserved!

She didnt seem to care :( it was very rushed....the spa towel was cold n from experience I know its supposed to be warm. Plus she used one towel for both hands :( I also noticed my cuticles had not been cleaned properly while she was polishing them. Just a really sad experience cause my experience with them in the pas has been good.

Unlike many others, I had no coupon, and what I spent was so worth it. The staff was delightful and the place immaculate. My mani/pedi were excellent and I had palm trees painted on two of my finger nails in preparation for a trip to Florida -- I am so delighted! It will be the ONLY place I get my nails done in the future!

I just got back from a mani/pedi and loved every minute of it! I dont normally write reviews, but the cleanliness, ambiance, and service of this nail spa is the best I have EVER experienced and I felt that I owed it to them and others to rate and review!

I got gel manicure done, it pilled off in 3 days. Lady who was doing my manicure cut me several times. I have been there so many times, but it was my first time getting such a poor service. I guess I have to find a new Nail Spa :(

Present Nail Spa is very clean, affordable and it doesnt smell terrible like many other nail salons. I always go to Tao for my nails... She hasnt let me down yet!
