I wouldnt give them no stars if goggle would let me. Where do I begin with how much this place sucks. The facility is just fine but the people working there are are THE WORST! Originally when I spoke with the GM of the gym and told her I was moving and needed to cancel my membership she told me it would need to be in writing or I needed to come in to the gym in person, when I told her I was in transition and was currently at that time on the road physically moving to another state she told me if I emailed her she would honor it. So you can understand that when I woke up to the charge from the gym on my account I was very upset (to say the least). When I called she was "unavailable" and has yet to call me back. Half the staff there is just like her, super rude and unhelpful and its really bad because the other half of the staff are really nice people. And dont think about calling corporate cause they are useless....freaking useless. I should have never left Youfit! Beware dont pick this gym just go a little further down the street and go to Youfit!

The staff is great, but I do have two issues. Am I the only one who doesnt understand why all the TVs dont have the subtitles on? Its a gym. Not everyone brings earbuds. The older crowd cant always use earbuds because of hearing aides. Those of us who want subtitles might not want to watch the one program that has subtitles. Whats the down side? Seriously! Turn on the subtitles! On every TV! Yes I did and the staff member first said "we have subtitles on". When I pointed to the one out of about 15 TVs that had subtitles she wanted to know which TV I wanted subtitles on and she would take care of it. Seriously? Im going to be on the dreadmill for almost half an hour and I only get to watch and understand one program? Whats the downside? Turn them on? The second issue is the mats for stretching. When I was in the gym there were between 50 and 75 people in there. There are 5 mats for stretching. 5! And some of those 5 have seen better days. Business is good. Get some mats. Aside from that it is a great gym. Go and enjoy it.

Number 1, Mr. Willie Rogers review is obviously for a different location because this location just opened last week, 4/7/15. The facility is huge and the staff is friendly. This is a much better commute for me than the Capital Circle location, as I live in Quincy, Fl. The machines are top notch and I love the atmosphere. I definitely recommend this location. My only issue with Planet Fitness is the inability to pay out a contract in advance, that would make it perfect!

I love Planet Fitness!! I joined back in February 2017. I have had the best experience there than with any other gym Ive joined. Cheap monthly rates, tanning beds, massage chairs, and the oh so wonderful hydromassage beds. You also get free classes with a trainer. Rachael Meyer is the trainer at this facility, and she is absolutely wonderful. If your looking for a gym with everything you need and no judgement atmosphere, then Planet Fitness is the place!!

Usually a great place and welcome staff. Recently a individual by the name of Katlynn had to be so enforcing with my membership as to constantly remind me what i can and cant do. Finnally got the motivation i needed! That iv finally made up my mind just to go to Golds. Great place for your mom to stay in shape though; shell probably go insane from the pestering of this individual.

I hate giving my gym a five star review because more people go lol. The gym itself is good. The only annoying thing is that people take way too many paper towels. I swear people take half a roll just to wipe down one machine of a few drops of sweat. Also, parking sucks during peak hours due to an increasingly popular restaurant next door. But it is a good gym.

The staff has been very friendly every time I have come and the place is very clean unlike my last gym back home in Seattle which was not a Planet Fitness. There is a lack in free weights but I think thats how PF is with having the Lunk Alarm and such. All in all has been a pleasant place and I feel comfortable going.

Sign up here if you want your body and clothing policed by the employees, who seem to make up the dress code as they go (i.e. telling you the dress code, but having no documentation to back it up). Im not sure why the employees here are so obsessed with their customers genitals, but I find it pretty disgusting.

While the machines are always nice and clean and usually in great shape, the mens locker room is disgusting. Theres a toilet thats been clogged for almost two weeks now, which means that they either dont clean it or desperately need to call a plumber. Either way that shouldve been resolved a long time ago.

Been going for over a year. Great equipment; dirty (sometimes filthy) showers and lockers; people allowed to loiter and hang out on equipment listening to music; typically friendly staff; security used to be there at night but no more; wouldnt want a daughter in the parking lot after dark ...

Nice clean new gym, but for some reason they lock down some pulleys so you cant use different types of handles. Glad I dont live hear because I would have to join a different gym just because of that, even though the gym overall is very nice. I wouldnt be able to do the workout Id like to do.

Terms and conditions of your contract will be super vague and then never explained to you by any staff member until you are already billed and it is too late for a refund. Stay away! Join somewhere much more above board! Cheap sometimes does mean too good to be true!!

This specific Planet Fitness has to be the cleanest gym I have ever been in, the staff are always cleaning something or moving a machine to clean under it. Bathrooms are super clean as well! Customer service is amazing I always felt motivated.

Overall I like the facility but would like to see speedier repairs of the machines and it would be nice to add another fly/rear delt machine. Need to clean the showers. Ive seen the same piece of lint in the shower for 5 days. Gross.

The staff are quick to check you in and generally friendly. The facilities are nice. Read the contract carefully though. There is an annual fee of $29.00 that will be auto billed. It definitely pays to read all of the things.

The place was great until new management took over,the staff really made you feel welcomed,and was very nice,but now since it is under new management the place feel so depressing and not well kept.
