The owner is extremely rude and combative towards basic business operations (i.e. cancellations). Quite a few of other posters have said that they had similar experiences. Wont return phone calls and doesnt fix broken machines in the gym. Ive even seen a rat, on multiple occasions (with other people, too), but I was told its "just because its cold outside"...not sure how that qualifies as an appropriate response, but okay. Would avoid this gym at all costs.

Snap Fitness Mason is one of the cleanest gyms you will ever see. The cleaning lady also cleans in the local school system and is meticulous in her duties. Mr. Ryan G. was angry that he did not get three free months at the other gym he joined which is why he left this vindictive review.

Best gym in Mason! A private clean gym that is open 24 hours and has all the equipment you need to be fit and healthy. Have been a member 2 years and I love it. Never crowded and always open even on holidays!

I was visiting the city and decided to get a one day pass. The owner lady was super nice and accommodating. Its a small private gym that is kept very clean.
