Phenomenal service by an absolutely amazing staff. I came into the office in an incredibly bad spot. I had no where to store my goods, I was moving out in two days, and I couldnt afford to purchase the only units that were left: 15x10s that cost 350$ a month...when I only needed the unit for maybe 3 weeks max. It was a waste of money! So, I went in, explained my situation. He told me he would call me back within an hour. I went ALL around USF area finding a new storage unit...and...it didnt work. They were all over 300$. I kid you not, as I left the last place, the Manager (I think Joe) called me from Compass. He told me he found a unit that was the right size, right price point, and I could move in that day. Joe, you saved me man. Id give you a 10 out of 5 if math worked that way, but, it doesnt. So, 5/5 it is. Thanks again Compass, yall the real MVPs!

I have had a storage unit with Compass for several years now and it has been a wonderful experience. The facility is kept neat and clean and all the employees are always helpful and courteous. I have to single out employee Michelle, who goes out of her way to always provide excellent customer service. It is because of my experience with Michelle that I dont hesitate to recommend all my friends and family to Compass Self Storage. Thank You For a Great Experience!!!!!!

I had a great experience renting a small storage unit here. The man working was obviously having one of those days but despite being frazzled he was well prepared for all of his customers and took time with each of them. He was very thorough and provided excellent customer service giving me the best deal he could. The units are very clean and the building is safe. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

This place is run by a bunch of slackers and the bathrooms are always filthy. I havent been able to use paper towels in the mens room for 3 months.

They suck, they bring in on a low price then increase your rate within 6 months by over 30%. I am currently looking for a new space.
