Excellent Storage Facility! I needed to store an apartment’s worth of stuff between Leases, and this place was exactly the short term storage solution I was looking for. Tim and Dave were great in helping me set up a two month account that was both cheap and easy to end. They offered a number of insurance options for my possessions, and I did take them up on one of them. Actually, and this is a paradigm case of their superior customer service, I chose one insurance policy, and, after consulting with my significant other, became convinced that perhaps I needed more coverage than I initially thought. Tim switched my policy, no problem, and did not charge my anything more than the difference to the new, larger, coverage policy. Overall, the access, the trolleys, the storage unit and hall size, and the service was an excellent experience. 5/5 Would store again!

Let me begin by commending Simply Self Storage with the highest quality of customer service! I live in Abu Dhabi and after selling my house it Lutz 3 years ago, I stored most of my possessions in Simply Storage! Tim has always provided me help during this time, if you need anything he is willing to assist you! Im moving my things from Florida to Georgia and I just sent an email and he assured me everything was worked out for my return, prorate, exit date. If you are looking for a safe, reliable, positive experience try Simply Self Storage in Lutz!

Do not go here their elevator was out of service for 3 weeks and they did not credit me my month of renting a unit i could not access, never called back or attempted to handle the situation. I was there when the elevator went out of service, ladies were trapped in the elevator for 30 mins i called the fire department and waited almost an hour for the situation to turn over. Funny to use the stairs which you cant bypass the firedoors in order to access your unit. Needless to say super unprofessional staff and customer service is an absolute joke.

I was told a unit was available at one place and when i got there they said they didnt have any and i called Simply Storage and they helped me out IMMEDIATELY. I got there in 15 minutes to get set up on the last 5×10 unit and Tim and Dave were there helped me out and we had a bunch of laughes while we filled out paper work. They were super helpful and cheery the whole time. Compared to other places this was the best price i could find too. Would definitely recommend this place, turned my bad day upside down, thank you again guys! ☺

Tim and his team were nothing but helpful. Rates are competitive and everyone is friendly and professional. Every time I visited my unit, the grounds were clean and the facility was buttoned up. One time, I failed to lock my unit, and I was called to return and affix the lock correctly, so I know they make regular checks on the building. For the time I needed storage, I was very happy. I chose this location for its proximity to my home, but in the end, it turned out to be the nearest option AND a great storage facility.

Outstanding storage facility. I worked with both Tim and Dave, their customer service attitude is remarkable. They were able to work with me to find the best unit size to accommodate all my things without me feeling like a burden. Not to mention their patience considering i was coming from out of state. Two great guys!!! The cleanliness of the facility is amazing. Ive used storage facilities in the past and this one by far is the best. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area that is in need of storage.

Tim was fantastic and the facility was perfect for our needs. We had to move unexpectedly and store our things for months. He was kind, listened, even brought us water on our move in day, checked on us from time to time to see how we were doing. He also recommended great movers for when we got back on our feet. The customer service was just amazing, and his kindness made a tough time in our lives a little more easy to bear. A wonderful family company.

Ive used the units at this location for two year long deployments in the past five years and both times I felt comfortable with the security and professionalism of this place. The guys in the front office are the nicest and most understanding people you will ever deal with. If you need a unit in this area, this is the place to go. Went in looking for a storage unit. Tim was extremely helpful, helping me work out what size unit i needed. Did not automatically try and sell a larger unit. Took the time to explain everything to me and show me around. What a great place. Go check it out over some of the other facilities around. You will not be disappointed.

Tim is so great to us! We have been storing for at least 2 years and when we need to move to a bigger unit (which is now) He always helps us find the perfect spot. I think my only wish is that corporate would put garbage cans next to the elevator and more air conditioning.
