Great place, Great people, Great experience! Its you one stop shop for fitness, physical therapy, family practice with Dr Berland and the best Orthopedic Surgeon around Dr MacLaren. I highly recommend D1 and suggest you check them out. Great kids sports programs, fitness programs, classes, Taylor Scott works hard to make sure the entire team is always on point and knowledgeable in the fitness and sports arena. The physical therapy TOP of its class, I speak from experience being there for 6 months and they were always making sure I left better then I came in with a goal of getting back to what I once was.

This place is OUTSTANDING. Yeah you wait a little longer than normal, yeah sometimes the phones are busy. But this place gets a 5* from me because they care. From the Doctors, Physical Therapy to the girls behind the scenes, Everyone is Awesome. The doctor spends his time with you and explains everything, thats why you wait a little longer. Id rather have a full explanation, than get rushed in and out. So for that last review with a 2*, Grow up and learn some Patience #IronSharpensIron

D1 seemed so intimidating at first but that soon changed when I took my first class. The coaches are all awesome and accommodating. Even the members are all great and supportive. I had always been a relatively fit person, working out 3-4 days/week but I never got in shape the way D1 got me. After 3 months of boot camp, I ran my very first 5K in just under 20 mins. I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE. I just wish I started training here sooner!

POOR , POOR, POOR... One star rating is way too generous. Be prepared to wait 2 hours in the lobby for a scheduled appointment. Be prepared to show up for an appointment only to find that theyve CLOSED the office for the day! Oh yah, and try calling - cause they never answer. I cant believe this place is still in business.

Very professional. Nurses put patients at ease and I know I suffer from gad and get very nervous prior. Even though ive been getting these done for several years every 3 months. Dr.dDelaGarza is a wonderful and always explains everything. Ive been his patient going on 11 years and couldnt be happier !

For PT, schedule early mornings or you will receive very little attention. For Dr visits, do the same. D1 overbooks. Good people and drs, but scheduling needs work.
