Very disappointed today been at this gym over a year and front employess never have been very kind. I have been coming every day this week to tan for my bridal pictures this weekend. And the guy at the front counter who is here everyday scanned my card and then I walked over to sign the tanning list and he said to let him know when I come in that I just want to tan. Then today he said I had to wait 25 minutes till almost 11 am because it hasnt been a full 24 hours yet. I was like seriously its poring rain and I have to sit here and wait to tan for 20 minutes so dumb. Highly irritated and confused to why they have never enforced this before. I know you can only tan once a day but counting it down to the minute .. seriously no other tanning place does that and its not good customer service at all !! Ugh

I love being able to at night and not have to wait on any weights and or anything else! Everything is super nice and well taking care of there is always someone cleaning every inch of the place! Im a clean freak so thats nice haha bathrooms are extremely nice and clean! Staff is so very nice and helpful! I LOVE this gym and highly recommend it to everyone wanting to get healthy and loose weight! Worth every penny especially with the black card!

Be VERY careful about there DEALS and payment! I like the place it is clean and the deal is decent when it comes to the month to month. But we were told that we had a $1 and $0 sign on for then and our next payment wouldnt come out till Feb....low and behold 4 days later we are hit with a payment, so basically we paid $30 for 3 days of coming into the gym. Its bullshit and a crock.

I love the gym, however there is one lady that works there that I meet when I started she was very rude. When I started my membership I didnt receive my tshirt I later asked for it and they gave it too me. I never was walked around to check out the equipment, I have now figured it out on my own with my friend that joined me and went through the same thing

I registered online, and when I went in to talk to someone and get my card. The lady at the desk as so rude. She did not show me around j was so clueless to where everything was and when I asked for a tee shirt she looked at me like I was getting on her last nerve.

Its very clean and nice, equipment is well maintained, employees are nice and very helpful. Prices are fantastic, especially considering membership includes classes, RLT, hydro/chair massage and tanning beds all for only $20/mo.
