The job they did on the wheel bearings was wonderful as usual. I decided to have my timing belt changed at the same time while the car was in the shop. After taking it back twice I am told that everything is fine. The engine doesnt purr like it did before I took it there. I have done extensive research on online forums and talking to two Honda mechanics. The timing is still out of sync with the balance shaft causing a noticeable vibration and whine at higher RPMs. While looking at the belt job the third time one of the mechanics called me a "Son of a _____" and came face to face wanting to fight me. After being pulled apart the owner hollered at me that I "just wanted to cause problems from day one". Service shouldnt come at this price. I will find another more reputable mechanic and no longer recommend this business to anyone.

We limped into Parking Doctors parking lot with a flat tire before boarding the ship for a cruise. I asked the gentlemen at Parking Doctors if he could see if he could get someone to repair or replace our tire while we were gone. You guys did an excellent job even coming back the next day after repairing the tire because you didnt feel comfortable with it and replaced it. Yall took great care of us and I would have worried the entire cruise if I had to deal with that when I got back. Thank you again. Reasonable prices and GREAT service.

Vince has a great business there. He has fair prices and goes above and beyond on his work. This has been the best business transaction Ive had since I moved here a year and a half ago.
