I have had so many bad experiences with hair salons and women chopping off my hair and telling me its what you needed. So going to Retro Salon i was a little nervous, thinking this place would be like every other. When i walked in i was greeted with a smile and immediately asked if i was thirsty or wanted anything. You defiantly dont get customer service like that in many places. The women that did my hair her name was Kat she also greeted me with a smile and when she asked what i came in for. I could tell she was really listening to what i wanted and gave me feedback on what she thought would work and she had ideas of what would make it look even better. I have dark hair and it was pretty long so i wanted to cut it to a length where is was still pretty long but healthy and get an ombre done. When i saw my hair it was what i wanted but so much better!!! I will never go to another salon or another person to do my hair. She also gave me tips and names of products to use to keep my hair looking healthy and for my now blonde ends to not get dry. If you are looking for a new salon or someone you can trust to do you hair you need to check out Kat Salazar... I promise you will leave looking and feeling like a million bucks!!

Kat Salazar is simply amazing. Words can not explain how amazing she truly is. She is always willing to take a risk but not at the risk of damaging your hair.
