By appointment. **Product bennefits: Coppola Keratin Treatmen is free of formaldahide non toxic, it will not change your curl pattern but it will be much easier for you to blow dry. Imagine a hole in a wall the hole represent the damage of the cuticle(outermost layer of the hair, the shield, the one that protects the inside of it) . When the cuticle is damage after you shampoo, it takes longer to blowdry your hair because of this openings holding water. The keratin acts like a sealer, healing the hair. Did you know that hair is made of protein and this protein name is called Keratin? Yes, you are healing the hair with the same natural ingredient. It is obvious that the other 3 reviews are bogus from the shop owner/emplyee (they even use the same terminology in each), so I will write an ACTUAL review. I would NOT recommend this place. I admit I was lured by the great coupons - $25 perm, $7 haircut. Unfortunately, my stylist was extremely inexperienced (about 4 hours into a 6 hours long salon visit I found this out). If I wanted inexperienced student I would have gone to a school. I asked for a perm - my first in like 20 years - with BIG CURLS. She proceeded to do a spiral perm. After I threw up red flags, she insisted that its the way she wraps the curlers, not the size or type of perm, that counts. She said more than once that she is using a technique so as not to make it look like a perm, but rather natural curls. Took her 4.5 hours just to put in the curlers wrap (I have medium length thin hair). I think she left the solution in too long and, coupled with the small rollers, my curls are tiny and look EXACTLY like a perm. In addition, my hair looks and feels like straw. Lest you think this was an isolated incident, my husband recently was lured by the cheap coupons and got his not-too-difficult to perfofmr hair cut butchered by yet another sylist. I would stay away.

Wow! For a Fantastic SAMs, this place was truly incredible. I usually wouldnt go to a fantastic Sams for a hair cut but I really needed my ends cut with a good shampoo and condition. MARILYNE T. MELENDEZ greeted me at the door and blew me away! She has such a pleasant personality and not to mention my daughter loved her too! Her hair skills were amazing, I came out feeling wonderful! She listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me the perfect cut. Not very pricey either. I mean a blow dry condition and flat iron for $35.00. Definitely worth it. Thanks so much, if she was to ever leave Id probably never go back ;) Thank you Fantastic SAMs for choosing an excellent candidate for your store management. My hair looks and feels great.

I always go to the Fantastic Sams in Town N Country, simply because of the price. I get coupons in the mail and never pay more than $10 for a cut. I have very curly hair and can never trust anyone to cut it, but I have found a stylist at Fantastic Sams that does it how I like it and I go to her everytime. Occassionally, I will get it blown out and its only $15 more. I would recommend them, and I would say find someone that you like to do you hair and just continue to go see them. It doesnt matter if its a $10 or a $100 haircut, its how you feel and look afterwards and if youre happy.

I have tried this place twice before each time calling ahead to make an appointment. Once the appointment was confirmed I would show up to find that there wasnt an appointment set. Both times I waited at least 30 min. I showed up for a third time today. You guessed it! same scenario... Had an appointment for 3:30pm showed up to find out there was none set. When I asked about it I was very rudely told " we only do call aheads" hahaha isnt that an appointment? Any way, go somewhere that deserves your money not this place. There are plenty of great places around.

Location & hours of operation from where I live is probably the best thing I can say about this Fantastic Sams. The service is slow & they need more hairstylists. The main reason I went was because I had a $5.00 coupon. A basic cut & shampoo will run you $20.00. Kind of pricey for a basic haircut & shampoo. Then depending on the length of your hair & other services, the prices go up from there. I did at least get a good haircut.

I went here on 12/07/2016 . I had a good hair cut from Maralyn. She know how to fix a bad hair cut I got from a different place. She has a great attitude made me feel happy. The other Hair dresser that was there was nice as well. She offered me a drink. thought that was kind. There were also older lady customers that had been return customers. So thats a good sign. Great Place very happy.

I have walked in this place twice and both times I was ignored. The first time I waited up front for 10 minutes for someone to check me in, then left when no one did. The second time, I walked in to 3 stylists working, one siting in her chair and she said they were busy and then got up to go to the back room without another word. This is not typical of FS, but this location has issues.

Not worth the wait. My biggest complaint is the fact that they dont know how to quote a time. My haircuit only took 15 minutes to do, but they told me to wait 45 minutes which turned into 3 hours, and they say no appointments, but they take clients that obviously have appointments. On top of that nothing but an apology was all that the manager gave me.

Horrible experience.....the stylist have no experience, if I wanted a student I would have gone to a school for service. They are extremely slow and to add insult to injury they OVER CHARGE! Avoid yourself the aggravation and go somewhere different, I sure wish I would have. Terrible, terrible, terrible....waste of money, and waste of time

Fantastic Sams is one of the best locations in town. They are always making sure that you look the best before you leave. They are always smiling and making sure you are comfortable. Fair prices and tons of friendly smiles. Great team and amazing managers that recognize your name ;) 10/10
