Ive never said a bad thing about anyplace in my life, until now. I had a reception to go to, called and went in asking for just a wash and blow-dry, to make my long curly hair styled for this event. I said several times "have it curly but flipped up in the back, hard for me to do myself. When stylist asked if she could trim my ends I said ok but DONT TOUCH MY LENGTH, I need it long to pull it up for work. When I got home my husband was speechless,not only did she pull my hair STRAIGHT, she cut over THREE INCHES OFF MY HAIR. I immediately started washing all the stuff out of my hair, it was ruined, I was late for reception, and wouldnt even get in any of my familys pictures. It was one of the worst most heartbreaking times of my life. You girls know what I mean, its not just hair. It was so short I couldnt even clip it back. I called the manager crying, she offered me money back, which I turned down.I told her she couldnt glue my hair back. I didnt ever want to see that place or those people again. Save yourself heartbreak- dont EVER go there.

I have longer hair almost like a bowl cut just does not look so bad. I have gone to many great clips and have yet to get a good hair cut. Today was the worst yet I wanted to get a good cut for tomorrow. My haircut took max of 5 minuets and was the worst hair cut ever I will never go back to great clips ever again. I am probably going to get my hair cut short for now on. Thanks great clips for this awful haircut

This place is the best. They cut hair great and are super nice to you. Wendy cuts my hair and my moms hair and she is so good and fast. They also make you feel like your part of there family. I can not thank them enough for the hospitality they all have shown me here.

First and last time here. Did the online check in. Said 22 min arrived 15 minutes later was told still another 30-40 minutes. Would be went elsewhere if we had been told the correct wait time. Thanks for wasting mine and my families time.

The lady that did my hair was awful, contemplating switching to virtual school so i dont have to be seen with this haircut. 95% my cat could have done a better job. Never going back

Went there for a simple trim. My hair is ruined. It looks like a bowl cut, she missed spots, and cut my neck. I honestly cant even walk outside without wearing a hood of some kind.
