Worst hair salon Ive ever been to. I wanted chunky blonde highlights and layers put in my hair. 3 hrs later I walked out with straw sized highlights that barely stood out from my hair color and she barley trimmed the ends NO Layers what so ever. I called and spoke with a manager who offered to have me come back in and have it fixed. When I arrived I was taken back by a level 1 stylist who had NEVER even worked on a real person before. I paid for a level 4 the first time!!!!! I was made to sign a paper saying that if and when they damage my hair they were not responsible!!!!! And also that I understood no further services would be free. (As if I was just trying to take advantage and get my hair redone for free!!!!! I was very offended I almost walked out then. 4 hrs later I walked out with the top layer of my hair looking great. They put thicker blonde highlights and had to add in some brown highlights as well. But underneath the first layer it looked exactly the same as before. So long story short I paid almost $200 for them to highlight the top layer of my hair and thats it!!!!!!!! Although Taylor did an amazing job with what she was given. Hands down the absolute best stylist Ive ever been to. And because of her I will probably go back.

I have never been treated so kind, and with so much dedication as I was after my 1st visit with Hollie at HairBenders Salon.. This place is a must visit for anyone... I have been to several hair salons over the last 20 yrs... but I can honestly say, they take the CAKE.. I showed Hollie the cut I wanted on my first visit, and she done exactly what I wanted.. I made an appointment again for a color.. and I just put my trust in her and let her pick the colors and I wanted Funky and WILD.. even at age 41~... And I now have red highlights with my natural black, and I have never had so many comments on my hair.. Every one wants to know who done my hair.. and that this is the best it has ever looked... I had two people working on my hair almost the whole time.. I love HOLLIE.. and her interest in keeping me happy and looking GOOD.. I suggest to you that you try this salon.. Every one is extremely nice and Sheila and her staff will do everything they can to make sure you have the most current, and great-looking hair color and cut.. I give this salon a 10 star rating.. I will continue to come here..... I feel like a queen .. If you want something different.. try them please...

My first time experience was a walk-in on a Friday morning. I half expected to be turned away but was welcomed with open arms, smiles and a fresh cup of coffee (two creams, two sugars) while I waited. Alex was my stylist and when I sat down with only a vague idea and a few reference photos of what I wanted done to my hair, she listened and added suggestions where needed. The cut is excellent. I even learned new ways to style my exceedingly curly locks. I am so happy that I walked in today and will be coming back every time I need a trim. Thanks Alex! You rock.

I just made my second trip to Hair Benders and once again, Sam McNamara blew me away! She always makes sure that I am more than happy with my color. She listens and does exactly what I want, plus teaches new techniques of styling my hair. Yes, teaches me! She is absolutely awesome. The entire staff is professional, courteous and friendly. I have finally found a "home" salon! Thanks to Sam and the staff at Hair Benders. You guys rock!!!

I walked in and asked Hollie to make me more fun. Not only did she do this but she also gave me red hair that stayed! Each time I see her my self-esteem is boosted and I get friends and family trying to take my photo:) And bonus, she makes sure to fit me in even though I have a terrible schedule. Hollie is fabulous!!! And I know have more colors and styles I cant wait to try because she will make them look even better than the photos.

Literally the best salon in the tri-cities. Why? Professional, on trend, and helpful. I walked in with dried out, destroyed, short hair, and I left looking like a beauty queen. Hollie, Sabrina, and Nichole treated me like royalty, and worked quickly, and professionally to make me look really good. I got a color job, and hair extensions. Very happy, and will be going to Hair Benders from now on for my hair styling and color needs.

Went to Hair Benders Salon today. I have received so many compliments on my hair since having it cut here last month and I decided to go with Jamies suggestion that I have my hair highlighted. As before, Jamie did a fantastic job and I loved the results. (The new color really brightened up my hair and showed off my great hair cut) She seems to understand exactly what I want and the end results are always better than I imagined.

My hairdresser of choice is SABRINA and she is also my husbands. I go for color, cut and style and so does Gene. She is so good to work with. I have never left there unhappy. She is great at everything she does. Always willing to work with you. She also has a great personality. We have so much fun !i love Hairbenders products. They keep everything up to date. The staff is great always making sure you are comfortable!

I had neglected my hair for a long time and needed a major change. Hollie gave me several options for color and future maintenance and took before and after pictures--which nobody had ever done before. The haircut was great and when I ran some errands later I was complemented on my hair immediately. Something I had not heard in a long time. She is absolutely worth every penny. You cant go wrong!

Definite truth to the saying "you get what you pay for" Hairbenders is top notch on quality. Danielle is amazing! Ive gone to the cheaper chain stores as well as stylist whom friends recommended (everyone knows someone who does hair) but I prefer to pay a little more and get what I want without having to worry someone will chop off too much or give me choppy layers. Would absolutely recommend!
