My husbands and my first haircuts with Vicky and Than were the best weve had in years! Unfortunately 7 weeks later, Than could not replicate her earlier cut. It was an ugly cut on me and not at all stylish. To clean up the cut and make it somewhat pleasing to me, Than had to keep cutting and cutting. Finally I just asked her to stop. I did go back a few days later and asked Than to do some trimming. She worked very hard for a long time. My hair did look better; Than would not accept payment or a tip. I was embarrassed not to be able to tip her at least.

Your web site is not very user friendly, cant make a reservation on line. I called the shop and asked if I could make a res. since I cant on web. Person was short and said no. You have lost a customer after three years.

I have my haircut here every couple months or so and a beard trim occasionly. They have a high turnover of stylists but im not bothered by it. The stylists have always done a great job for me

Unfortunately, there is a lot of turnover of staff. Just when you find someone who is consciencous, she moves away. Have had a few poor haircuts here, but some good ones.

The quickest service of all the great clips in the area, the others seem to mutilate their online check in so the wait time is weather I check in online or just walk in.
