Wednesday the July 6 , 2016 I went to Great Clips on N. 21st Street, I took pictures of what I wanted, as I always do. The persons who I normally allow to cut my hair were not on duty. It obviously didnt do any good to show pictures, and explain what I wanted, to the young woman who cut my hair . I said I wanted it cut short tapered up the back of head, but I wanted a longer tousled look on the top. That I wanted the top of my head to have 5 inches of hair. After her first whack, that was going to be impossible to achieve. I am doing good if I have hair 3 inches long on the top of my head. For several years I have suggested they take a picture of the customers haircut if the cut is what they wanted....so that a picture would be available for the next person who cuts that customers hair. I dont think I want to go to Great Clips any longer. Very unhappy.

I showed the man a picture of how I wanted the back of my hair. In nice long layers. My hair was really long and he cut it shoulder length and I have very few layers. And now it looks like a $6 haircut. Horrible. Lesson learned.

Terrible. Asked for very little layering since I asked for a shorter cut. Ended up 6 inches of layering and a mullet. My hair looks like a mushroom. I cant even get it fixed because its so short now.
