I usually wait for Shana or Crystal...they are both awesome, but since I only needed a trim I thought, "Ok, anyone can trim and shape. They do have a license!" Oh, was I WRONG!! I was (yup, was) trying to grow my hair out. It was almost to the bottom of my neck...not impressive, but enough for a tiny pony tail and all one length! Yay! Finally. I specifically asked Lindsay for a trim, leave the back long, clean up the duck tail, even out the layers...hair grows funny. I walked out with layered sides, layered at the nape of my neck and all one length at the top. It looked like a mullet...needless to say I cried for hours before I pulled out my own clippers and played "bathroom barber!"

I went in to the salon on Sunday Sept. 16th at around 10:15am. I waited for about 10min no problem. The girl cutting my hair did not introduce her self or say hi or anything. I think I saw here name Catherin Ann or something like that, she was on the west side all the way in the back. From the moment I sat down she looked annoyed. I told her I wanted my hair cut to my chin and even all around. I WAS growing my hair out!! She cut all of the back off and cut the sides right at the middle of my ear. Then after blow drying my hair she decided to cut even more off. She was in such a hurry she cut my right earlobe! This was the worst place I have ever been!!

I am actually the manager of this store (6073) and I know these reviews are from a few years ago and a couple are not even this location (because the names listed do not work at this store). A guest of ours brought this to my attention, If I dont know about these complaints, I cant fix them. So if you are a guest in our location please do not hesitate to contact me with a problem or even a compliment. Tamara started me out with a haircut that suited my hair but was not a big change, because she somehow knew I wasnt quite ready for anything more. She also honestly told me that some of the pictures I had brought of possible hairstyles would not work with my hair, which I really appreciated. Now I am ready to go back to her for a big change, and I know she will do a great job (and not comment negatively on the fact that I have dyed my hair a wild pink in the meantime.

The place seems to be going downhill. I have been going here for 13 years and have finally decided to take my business elsewhere preferably Fantastic Sams. The good stylists have all quit. The ones they have now are not personable and she tried to even argue with me over some benign stuff after i called a stylist out on her bs. Last time i checked it is terrible customer service to argue with a customer - even if they are wrong.

My experience was bad had a older lady cut my hair she was rude had a attitude from the very beginning and totally ruined my hair i had to pay 70$ at a different salon to have it fixed lacie the manager tried to fix it and was super nice but the stylist needs to be fired she has NO idea how to cut hair and i will NOT be going back!

Dont be fooled by the negative reviews. The ladies that work here are some of the sweetest people Ive ever met and always recently have done a great job on my hair with great advice and easy-going on the price! My experience there is always fun. I feel just like at home :)

April was the only stylist Ive ever had there. Today I made appointment to get my hair done just to find out she no longer works there. Another stylist did my hair. Terrible job and over charged me
