I have been gonig to this spa for 20 years and have never had a bad experience. Debra & her Staff have always been profressional & very helpful with all my skin & body concerns. The spa is emaculate, I have never had to worry about cleaniness. The rooms are quiet & relaxing and there is always pleasant music playing. I have checked other spas pricing and the pricing is well below others for the service you receive. And I love all the extras, warm neck pillow, cool eye pillow & hot packs, wine & sodas and they always have a nice tray of gourmet cookies to snack on while you are there. If you ever had a concern Debra is aways willing to correct the problem. I have never experienced any concerns in all the years that I have been going there. They offer great specials most of the year and appreciate their exsisting clients by offering discounts just for them. Her Facials are the best I have ever had. I ve had numerous here and abroad and have never had one quite like hers. The best ever. Hers and the staffs massages have always been relaxing & theraputic. They do a full hour not the 50 minute like most other spas & chain massage establishments. They offer specials on their massage & facials for new clients to try then out which makes it even more of a value then it already is. Her nail tech is one of the best. Very profressional and clean. All of the staff is experienced in their field and enjoy their profression and they relay that to their clients. If you are looking for a well established spa that has been in Bradenton for 25 years and will be here for the next 25 years check them out.

I highly recommend staying away from this place. To begin with, from the initial phone call, she couldnt stop mentioning her tip. Once I got to the appointment and began filling out the questionnaire, in big bold letters it reminds you of the tip. Then once I got into the session she was so stingy with her products she was basically rubbing my skin raw, and yet again once the massage was over as she went to step out to let me get dressed, she mentioned her tip again. It was so off putting that she was more concerned about her tip rather than the satisfaction of the client. this was a gift someone gave me, and it honestly was not enjoyable. Not to mention the building has extremely poor air conditioning, its hot and humid in there wich makes the experience even more uncomfortable. Im a regular client of of another local spa, I get regular facials and massages there ever 6 weeks. Im fully aware of spa ettiquiette and was extremely disappointed in this business.

If you live in Bradenton and the Sarasota area and recently purchased their salon package deal beware! Their package deal for the hair salon states cut and style include and 10% off all chemical services..but what it does not state the cost of color and highlights.The salon does not have fixed pricing, so say your salon usually chargers you $65 for highlights they charge $65 and up their reasoning is " Chemical services determined by length and thickness of hair and amount of time" so if your hair stylist takes her sweet time fixing your hair you have to pay for their slow timing. My hair my cut is short and stops at the ape of neck, I had all over color and highlights done on my top layer the charge $194 dollars! Stay away!

I have purchased the Coupons for Glycolic Peels and I have yet had a "relaxing massage". Today, they are doing a Groupon for the Peels but I prefer not to buy any, and again, it states a relaxing massage. I get facials on a regular basis at a few spas but I never had someone leave me alone in the room for 10 minutes at a time. It is not the most cozy room and hearing Debra walk in and out is not contributing to a relaxing experience. Also, for you Groupon coupon holders, she will try to upsell you for more services. Overall, not a very Spa-Like atmosphere in comparison to other spas in the area.

I highly recommend you find another spa to spend your hard earned money at. I came down with a stomach bug and could not go to my massage with my sister and they told her it would be a $25 cancellation fee which was totally understandable. After her massage they charged her for the full price of my massage as well as a credit card fee. I called the owner and she would not return my calls. My sisters massage was "just okay" and not worth the money especially after she ended up with multiple dark bruises hours later from her deep tissue massage. Terrible customer service!!

It would be stretch to give this salon a one-star rating. I purchased a Groupon deal for $30 in August 2011 for a manicure/pedicure because it was so close to SCF, but my semester was demanding, and I tried to redeem it five days after the expiration (Dec 22, 2011). I was told I could not use it, even though I had paid $30 for it. I asked the owner to call me back 8 days ago, and no answer as yet. Groupon has refunded me my money, but I would NOT use this salon.

I went to this spa to do a spa day and relax and the people we so friendly and sweet. I had the best massage of my life by Amanda and then has a relaxing pedicure and manicure that were briliant! Then susan did my hair and i have never liked my hair as much as i do now she put highlights and lowlights through out the whole head and they look amozing! I also thought the cost was very cost efective I give them 10 stars not 5!

Sherly is unprofessional I book my appointment for 10 a.m. when they open and was told sheshe running late and would be here any minute. minutes turn into 15 then 30 then 40 waited a whole hour with out anyone giving me any updates. Working overnight and Coming from Ellenton this was unconvenience but I had a Job interview and just wanted to look nice.

Absolutely loved this spa! The staff was very courteous and the atmosphere was just so relaxing. They offer everything from Facials, Massages, Hair and Nail services, Waxing and Permanent Makeup! I would recommend booking with Gretchen or Debra both are amazing! Hands down best day spa in town!!
