Jade Hughart had you let me finish your service you would of loved your hair! First off , I spent over an hour painting your hair for you to achieve the color you requested. Not counting the time spent on prossessing. You came in with level 3 hair, almost black hair and wanted a platinum blonde ombré. This type of service cannot be done in a few hours. When you called to make the color appointment you just requested a color with the receptionist. Usually a color is a two hour appointment but the color you requested was a speciality color. Second as your color was prosessing you had to leave the Salon to pick up your child from school which was a last minute call you received. Had I known you needed to leave the Salon within a few hours I would of never started the service knowing I could of never got that done in that amount of time. I had to rinse your hair taking all the foils out so you could leave. Your hair was no where near being finished prossessing, it was still at the orange stage. Yes you did have to wait for me to redo the entire service after you came back to the Salon as it took me over another hour to paint and foil your hair AGAIN and I had other clients scheduled but I told you I would accomadate you and fit it in because I knew you had a date that night. You are right I should of just said Im sorry you had to leave in the middle of your appointment but I cannot redo that evening. I was going out of my way to accommodate you! You did pre pay at 7:45 as we were closing but I was willing to stay to finish your hair. I even had someone go pick up my child for me so I could stay to finish your hair. You then got upset at the price which should of been double that for the amount of time and the products used having to do it twice at no fault of mine! You called your husband about the price and he showed up making a scene and he made you leave. How in the world is this my fault you had to leave in the middle of your appointment the first time then left again the second time ? I went over and beyond by even redoing it not charging extra. You left before the service was completed. Yes six hours later of MY time! So it was your fault you didnt get your hair finished both times. Not only that I had to not only repaint your entire head I had to go back in and do an additional color at the root I didnt even charge you for because of having to take it all out before it was finished the first time! It then became a color correction as well!!! Your Husband was extremely rude and security had to be called. You must not of told him the entire story like you are not in your review.

Super dissatisfied with my experience, I can handle my hair being orange right now.. what I cant handle is paying for services not rendered (toner and a haircut) and paying for Fricken orange hair.. it was supposed to be ombre all it looks like is trash.. Im mortified.. my total bill was 171 dollars.. and I just cant even wrap my mind on how I was charged full price, especially after being told (by another worker who took down my appointment) it would take 2 to 2 and a half hours normally it wouldnt of mattered.. but I ended up having an emergency and leaving by 330 my appointment was at 1230... thats 3 hours it still wasnt done and that wasnt her fault but she told me to come back at 5 knowing I had a date night planned and Im a mother of 2 and it was an important evening for my husband and I.. she was fully booked and I had to wait for all of her clients to get through with their dang hair.. Dont ask someone to come back if you cant handle it.. I shouldve walked away at that point... But giving Lynne, the manager, the benefit of the doubt and I truly loved her cuts I allowed her to go on.. and at 830 (6 and a 1/2 hours later) at night with still no cut or this toner she kept wanting to put in... I paid in advance cause I was told Nicole, another worker "had" to close the drawer.. being the quiet type I let my husband know the total and let him know I was pretty floored and not happy at that point.. and he came down an made it clear I was being taken advantage of.. and we left. u know atleast not charge me for this so called toner.. or hey I have an idea how bout u spit out prices every once and awhile.. I mean it was just all ridiculous.. and such a waste I will be disputing these charges as again services were not fully rendered.. I was totally robbed, to top it off I look absolutely awful.. regardless of it all I didnt receive toner or a cut.. and that for sure should be refunded. Just so so upset.

I called to set up an appointment with them and explained with great detail on what I needed to be done. Then when I showed up the lady who was supposed to be doing my hair said, she couldnt do it and Id have to come back a different day... for a different stylist. Lack of communication in this salon and lack of skills.

They ruined my hair :( I asked for ombré and she split my hair in half bleaching the entire bottom. She then split the bleached portion in half and dyed the top portion copper. It wasnt ombre it was a mess. She tried to fix it but it looked more like high lights. $102 for crap. Never going back there again.

We went to get an updo on short notice and it came out fabulous. We love you Mia. Thank you again. We were very happy
