I was regular customer to great clips. I started great clips visit because I got excellent customer service at E main street great clips. I decided to bought their 10 hair cut on card which cost 9.99 per hair cut. I was happy to give some tips to the colleague since it was affordable to me. One day I never used card for anything else. my tip was always cash! One day me and my wife went there to get hair cut and as I hand over my card to take money off person working there said you only have 6 bucks left on card!! I was shocked its not matter of 3 bucks missing but they did not have answer even after i called the number at the back of the card. Its like stealing your money with out your permission. I was told i will get call from franchisee manager but Never got that. what a ripped off! I would never got here or neither recoomend any one since people are cheater there!
