okay, I took my 2 children to get their hair cut and both of their haircuts were great. however I had wanted hi-lights and low lights first she talked me into a all over color I trusted her, she seemed young,fresh, in style, so I thought okay, she knows what she is doing.. wrong..i was charged over 100 dollars for 10 foils and a color which I did not even want. I believe she did that because she was in a hurry,i look like a skunk, the highlights even if they werent orange and brassy and greyish,( yes I now have like 4 colors on my haed!) look completely awful! and the money does not bother me in the least I usually pay 130. for this service. however when I have not gotton 1 compliment, and look like this I very much mind! I contacted the salon this morning with my complaints, so I will write back and let you know what happens, if they contact me, reimburse me and or fix my hair. until then CONSUMER BEWARE

The worst! After the stylist at the counter sat me down, with what seemed to be confidence in her ability to handle a simple trim, she proceeded to hack my hair away. With only two requests: keep the length and clean up the back, I left with hair so short it sticks straight out, and up because she decided to texturize straight hair from the root. Please save your time, money, and stress.

Went in for an appointment at 3:30 and was not spoken to by any of the staff for at least 15 minutes. When someone finally came to ask if I had an appointment, they were rude and clearly did not want my business. I immediately left.

Went in for a 4:00 PM appointment only to be ignored by staff that dont care. After 20 minutes I left and will never go back. (Hate to see what its like if they get busy)
