Cheap, friendly and bad. I checked in online so there was no wait which was good. Friendly stylist walked me to my chair and asked me what I wanted. Told her just a little trim and she got to work. Unfortunately, it wasnt until I got my glasses back on and had a chance to look in the mirror in the car that I realized what she had done to my sideburns. Without asking, she had shortened one by a full inch and the other sideburn by a half inch. I certainly wasnt looking for significantly shorter sideburns when I asked for just a little trim. And what stylist thinks that dramatically uneven sideburns are a good idea on a client? Its too late for me to do anything about this bad haircut but maybe I can keep you from making the same mistake.

I checked in online went and got seated I got called back the women that cut my hair asked what I wanted I said just a little of the top and showed her how much I wanted off of it but she didnt listen she kept cutting and cutting untill I had less then 1/2 of an inch left from 3 inchesthat I had the woman working on the guy beside me had to tell her that she needed to go back over it she got done and I had to put my glasses back on and I hated the hair cut and the guy before me felt the same way it was not a good experience and I have been going to great clips since 2010 the same spot and never had a bad haircut untill now

I set in this store for almost an hour for a haircut, while 2 operators left with people waiting others standing at the window talking about storm clouds and another operator just walking around. you had three online appointments come in which I understand, but your lack of operators to handle walk ins and appointments is wrong! if my employee displayed the disconcern to customers that yours did, they would have plenty of tome to talk about the weather

I have visited more than one Great Clips and appreciate the value and quality work. My style is simple and I know what guards to use on the clippers. I tell the stylist how I like it and I have never received anything less than what I expected. Friendly, capable and a great value. That is all I need.

While I knew I was going to a discount hair cutting establishment, I wasnt aware that they were only able to do one cut. I now look like a man or a 10 year old with a pixie cut of my youth!

Always do a great job for me and my boys. We even had to go back once and get some more cut off my hair one time. They skipped me to the front of the line and didnt charge anymore.
