Very poor service, I attempted to visit this particular location. I arrived and the door had already been locked even though it was 15 mins. before the listed closing time on the door and website. They still had customers in the store that where being serviced and they still had their "OPEN" sign on. I tried to open the door which I found to be locked and then I was rudely gestured away by one of the store employees. I myself am a business and franchise owner for a different company, but myself and my employees all maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction. This type of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I plan on also contacting the Supercuts franchise directly. I do not plan on visiting another Supercuts location in the future.

Like the person who rated above me, Zach, I ended up with some haircut not even close. It was horrible -- hacked away in the back, uneven and jutting out at the sides. The heartbreaking thing is I have nice, glossy thick hair but you cant overcome a bad cut. I think these people have no experience, they go on auto pilot, dont pay attention to what people say, they only know one way to cut hair and at that, some of them dont do that well. Never again. BEWARE. Some things are worth paying for. Hard lesson learned.

So please come in and get a Super cut with super service...we offer cuts, color, waxing, and blow-drys at afforadable pricing....So come in and see what the buzz is all about!!!!

I thought the 4 stars would be a good reason to go here. I came in for a trim and I asked the lady if she can cut my bangs like a girl in a picture I had. After she trimmed my hair horribly, I told her that I didnt want bangs anymore because I changed my mind. SHE PROCEEDED TO GIVE ME BANGS WHILE MY EYES WERE CLOSED. I almost cried.

I scheduled an appointment for a specific time. When I arrived they took people in the order that they arrived at the salon regardless if they had an appointment or not. On top of that my hair look better when I walked in than when I left. Will definitely not be repeating that experience.

This place is a awful. I ended up not paying for it because it was so bad. Now I have to wait for my hair to grow back which is a pain in my butt. I will never go here again. I asked for a trim and she just went to town with the scissors.
