Definitely highs and lows to the cleaning service. I was really impressed by the reviews I had read so I chose Two Maids & a Mop. I selected the deep cleaning service for $215. One plus is that they were able to fit me in the next day. My appointment was for 11:30. Nobody shows up. I wait, and around 11:45 someone finally calls to say they are running about 45 minutes late. Not cool in my book, even if that is "standard" in the cleaning business. If youre running late, you call someone BEFORE the appointment time has elapsed. They did finally get here about 12:30 and went straight to work. Everyone kept busy, no funny business - pretty professional. The clean left more to be desired. My two biggest gripes were the floors and my stove knob. For a "deep clean" there was still debris and dog hair on the floor. Secondly, they took the knob off my stove. Not a problem. Problem is, they must have dropped it in my garbage disposal. I go to turn on the garbage disposal and Im sure you know the rest. Now I had to pay a plumber to come out and remove this piece of knob that was stuck in my pipe, and my new garbage disposal is broken. What gets me is the person cleaning had to know a knob was missing when she put them back on the stove and noticed a huge gap but didnt say a thing! So, I emailed Wes my concerns. Apparently I emailed the "wrong" email address but I literally clicked the link off their website. Service was on Friday, and I didnt hear back from him until Monday. Not a problem, weekends are acceptable to wait. When I do hear back from him, he offers to come clean the floors. Very nice gesture. However, not once did he offer to replace the knob. He did offer to come over and look at the garbage disposal but no offense, I want a professional and licensed plumber to come over and evaluate my kitchen. I apologize if you are a licensed, professional plumber but it was not mentioned. We schedule the floor reclean and I think all is well. This is where we begin to have plumbing issues and had to call a plumber. I called this past Monday to cancel my floor reclean because I am very weary and protective of my home. We just remodeled our kitchen and it was heartbreaking to have it damaged. There are two sides to every story, and I feel as if I tried to be as fair and honest in my review as possible. They all seem like very nice people and unfortunately for me I just got them on a bad day, or so it seems.

DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED..... I hired this company while out of town, I should have known better OF company can clean the next day, while all others were at least a week out.... i paid $175 for 2 maids for 2.5 hours which in their words was equivalent to 5 man hours.... I can clean my 2500 sq ft house in 3 alone.... ALL THEY HAD TO CLEAN WAS 2 bathrooms( ONE WAS JUST REMODELED SO LITERALLY NEEDED ONLY A VAC AND MOP) and a 1/2 bath, MY MAIN CONCERN WAS WALLS AND BASEBOARDS DOWNSTAIRS AND FLOORS.... SO MAYBE 1200 SQ FT THEY NOT ONLY RUINED MY NEW FAUCET WHICH NOW IS NO LONGER CHROME, NOW BLACK SPOTTED AND TARNISHED..... BUT took things off bath counter and didnt replace them back... NO WALLS OR BASEBOARDS OR BLINDS WERE DUSTED...... and the FLOOR was mopped w out swept or vac.... they didnt pick up anything off the floor, just mopped over it... didnt pick up or shake out rugs... then to find out my neighbor who watches my home said they were there less than an hour... SO I CALL, AND BASICALLY GET TOLD TOO BAD, THATS ALL THEY HAD TIME FOR , AND DISREGARDED..... NOT THE SAME PROFESSIONAL CS YOU GET WHEN YOU CALL TO HIRE... HAD TO FILE A CLAIM W MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY,,AS A BUSINESS OWNER ,I would never treat any client the way this company has, they had an opportunity to handle to situation and chose to talk over and disregard... NOT ONCE WAS THERE AN IM SORRY OR LETS ADDRESS THIS...... Save yourself the trouble and find a company that cares.... I FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE LEGIT, UNLESS YOUR SITTING AT HOME BABYSITTING THEIR CLEANERS.... if 5 man hours cant handle 1200 sq ft, maybe the cleaning business isnt for you!!

(2) Anthony read my review and had the ladies come back. Thy re-mopped the floor, took care of the toilet stain which they said was mold. The two ladies they sent were very nice as are Wes and Anthony. (1) As for cleaning, not so impressed. I think now that they should have come through to say is make sure in advance you know what is included -- I am impressed by the other reviews that say that everything the asked for was completed. One of the ladies was here the week before, and again said that cleaning the top of the stove was not included -- her co-worker Brittany did it. Saw a couple of hours later large black stains under the rim of one toilet, and the bathroom floors are cleaner but not really clean. Several things I asked for they wouldnt do -- For instance they wouldnt even attempt the inside louvered door. They vacuumed my throw rugs and mopped the laminate floors, but all are still dirty (not as much). Mine was the second of their three appointments for the day, and they were very cheerful and polite but it seemed most important to them that they leave after three hours to not be late to the next one -- I put that on the scheduler and not them.

We have been using Two Maids & A Mop for a few months now and couldnt be happier or more satisfied with our decision. The team they send out is always quick and efficient and handle every detail when it comes to our apartments cleanliness. With two long haired female college students and two long haired dogs, this place can become a disaster quick! They pay close attention to small details, like dust on the tops of door frames and do a fantastic job deep cleaning the bathrooms. I have liked and felt comfortable with EVERY single person that has walked through my door as part of Two Maids & a Mop and recently they even sent out a team who was "large dog" friendly so my dogs could actually relax in the apartment while it was being cleaned (a HUGE plus to me) so I could run errands without them. Wesley is super flexible and finds a team to fit my ever changing schedule and even sends me text messages, phone calls, and or emails to remind me when my cleaning appointment is. They do an incredible job hands down with no gimmicks or extra charges or shady business which is relief to someone like me.

We used the Detailed Deep Clean package from Two Maids and a Mop. The experience was great, starting with the initial phone call. Anthony went over all options and scheduling, billing and procedural details. We were able to get someone out the very next day, which was perfect. The girls showed up on time and were very professional, asking what areas we would like focused on. I was a little disappointed to find out that because we have vaulted ceilings, they would not be able to dust/clean the crown molding and lighting...I fully understand the liability concerns, just wish we would have known up front, as I would have opted for a lesser package. However, they assured me they would do everything they could reach, which they did. I was extremely pleased with the overall outcome...our house smelled amazing and the floors sparkled! I appreciate the offer of them to fix anything that may have been missed (which was nothing, it was overall really great!). Will certainly use Two Maids and a Mop for future and re-occuring cleaning needs...Thank you!
