The cleaning may be good but dealing with the manager and office is a total nightmare! Got a quote over the phone for a move-out cleaning for $291. I was very particular about cleaning of frig, oven and stains on carpets when I made the call. I also asked to call me ~30min before their arrival. They sent me service agreement via email and asked me to view and reply OK. (And I did without reading the entire email since I have made everything clear over the phone. Later, when I took a close look at the service agreement, it did not say anything about whats included or whats not included). On the day of cleaning, they didnt let me know until they were there and wanted charge me 1/2 hour for waiting. When I asked "why not call me earlier?", they answered "We have so many clients. If we do this type of calling, well be on the phone all the time!". :-?????? My reply: Why not have the girls call me? MaidPro: Itll be too dangerous for them to make phone calls while driving. Me : Dont you have two girls coming for the cleaning? How many drivers are needed to make a car moving? MaidPro: ~~~~ (These are quoted for their manager. They agreed not to charge me the half hour at the end). When I got the address I dont see any equipment for carpet cleaning. "No, we dont do carpet carpet cleaning" is the answer. And further more, cleaning of oven and frig were extra: $29/each (This was never made clear to me, neither over the phone nor via the email/service agreement). So I sent the girls back right way and They wanted to charge me $99. Of cause, I refused to pay. When they found out that I canceled my credit card they swear to rip me $291 through collectors and I am waiting to see. Over priced is for sure. But you would expect the service matches the price. The cleaning itself might, since there are happy people out there. However my experience with office and manager was a total nightmare. First, they provided false or missing leading info over the phone. Second, they are very client-unfriendly if even a tiny thing goes wrong. They only care about your money! Avoid if you can! If you CANT, make sure to go through with them a list of whats included and whats not and have it on paper so you dont have to experience what I have experienced.

I have used Maid Pro for years! I find the entire experience to be top notch. I mean, come on, they have some cool marketing- and then when you call into the office to get a quote, they are very thorough and professional. They did a preliminary interview on my house size, amount of people, etc, gave me the price, (which seemed average and fair) and a window of time of when the girls would arrive and we set up the date. The team arrived in the estimated window of time, with just a few minutes to spare. They were in company logo shirts, clean, and friendly. They brought in their cleaning tools, took a quick walk through the house reviewing with me what was most important, and got right down to business. The office lady had estimated I would need 2 girls for approx 1.5 to 2 hours (3 to 4 hours combined) and they were pretty spot on. OK, I admit, it had been awhile since I had cleaned the guest room and bath, so they did need just a tad bit more time. But, the office called me and reviewed this with me and I agreed to the additional fees. Anyway- for the most part they were lighting fast, and did a spectacular job. My floors, mirrors, counters just sparkled, and the house smelled great too. I think I have been using them for 4 plus years- and they are just really good. I mean, I even leave a tip for the cleaners! If youre looking for a good worry free experience, then call them. Im glad I made that phone call many years ago.

Do not use this company... I paid $140 to clean an apartment and the first time they were out you would not have even know they were at the house. I was so shocked. I called the manager and she said they would send out their best crew and quality control manager the next day so I said OK I will give you another chance and even explained what was really bad (stainless steel on appliances not touched, and dust everywhere). I came home the next night to find out that nothing had been done on the appliances and i still had dust all over my blinds. I was shocked. After sending all the pictures i took to the general manager and telling them i wanted a refund the manager argued with me that they wanted to come out a third time and clean again but would not refund my service, i said no i want my money back i did not get what i paid for. She refused and said the policy is no refunds. Basically i wasted $140 and had to spend over 30 minutes the next day re cleaning the house myself. I will never use them again or allow them back in my house. They had 2 shots, and i will not give another one since i dont trust them in my house.

Im the personal assistant to an extremely picky businesswoman who unfortunately moved to Tampa a few months ago to be treated at the local cancer center. She went through three maids before MaidPro and was extremely unhappy with the mediocre level of service. I called MaidPro, who assured me that they have experience with the level of extreme sanitation that a cancer patient with absolutely no immune system needs. The manager, Julie, was a doll. She made sure the girls were always on time, never sent girls if they had even a sniffle and when doctors appts changed, she was so understanding and accommodated our last minute time changes without hesitation. Samantha, Tyquetta, Ann, Brittni, Jennifer, Donna, Sarah, Amanda, Nate, and Letisha all cleaned the house various times and amazingly, each time the quality of the cleaning never varied. They were all swift, thorough and didnt leave until the place was immaculate. My boss is now able to come back home to Miami but we are so grateful that MaidPro gave us one last thing to worry about during this very stressful time.

I used MaidPro for a deep cleaning and was so impressed! From the initial quote phone call to the service, everyone was extremely professional and friendly. My husband kept saying "Wow, they did such a good job!" Even days after the initial cleaning. Shay and Bettina were amazing and didnt skip anything! Our house never looked so sparkling. We decided to sign up for monthly service and are so happy with the results of finding this company. I love the flexibility, that weekends are an option and that you pay based on time required. Highly recommend this company for any cleaning.

I absolutely love the service ! I called and they were able to come out the same day ! I had an emergency and every other company I called werent able to come out the same day. They really took a huge relief off of my schedule. They came in, cleaned everything from top to bottom. They even cleaned my porch and garage and thoroughly vacuumed underneath all of my furniture. I am so pleased with the work. They went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful ! Thank You Maidpro ladies Vivian, Zuleyka, Destiny and Lynell for assuring my home was spic and span. ❤❤❤❤❤
