I paid for the deep cleaning service because I havent had much time lately to do any heavy duty cleaning with my current work schedule. The gentlemen, Mike, handling everything from setting up our appointment, changing of appointment day and time due to my work schedule, pricing, etc... was awesome to deal with. I was super excited for this service and thought it was going to look and be SUPER clean. There ended up being a little mix up on there part and they arrived a couple hours late, which was no big deal to us, my husband had taken the entire day off out on the road and just worked from home to be there if needed. I had all my cleaning products and vacuum/mop/broom laid out for easy access, which ended up not getting used at all. I wish they would have used my products since they are little more powerful than the brands they were using. The house looked okay, but I could have done the exact same thing in a couple of hours by myself. After they were finished, I did a really quick walk through of the house to see if everything was okay, of course not walking into every single room because I didnt think I needed to after leaving them a list and emailing a list of all rooms to be covered within my deep cleaning package. Anyways after everyone left and 30 minutes passed, I went into our 1/2 bath in one of the back bedrooms and it hadnt been touched at all. I called Mike and told him about it, he said he knew nothing of that bath which is not correct, but he would come out and clean it right away, which he did and it looked great afterwards. So, I wasnt 100% happy with the deep cleaning package I received.

Two Maids and a Mop do an AMAZING job. They are always professional, hard working, kind, respectful, and the cleaning is second to none. I am always, always, ecstatic to know theyre coming. They are on time, and if theyre not on time, they call to let me know. I’ve had a few different house-keeping services, and Two Maids employees work the hardest by far. When I request something extra be attended to, it’s never an issue. I would feel comfortable letting them know if something was not done up to the normal standards. And those standards are high. (On their part and mine). There are always two maids (hence the name!) ;) Mike, the owner, comes to clean on many occasions. I think that speaks volumes to what he wants for his company. He has an understanding of what it takes to effectively clean a home. He sets an example for his employees, and its obvious that he cares about them, as well. Hes in it with them, and not just "running the company." I could go on and on, really. As a homeowner that is not physically able to clean my own home, I’m thrilled to know that I have a company that goes above and beyond to make my home better than I could ever do it myself. Additionally, as someone that works from home, I feel comfortable and able to stay home and work while they clean. They create a friendly atmosphere and respect my home and my family. I would definitely recommend Two Maids & A Mop!

I was very pleased with my interactions with "Two Maids & a Mop (Greenville)." The women who came were friendly, hard-working, and did a very nice job. I loved the time-based approach that the company uses. My biggest issue with other cleaning companies is that they rely on standard cleaning packages, rather than allowing you to have the workers efforts directed how you think best. For example, Some areas of my home are very minimally used (guest room, half bath, foyer), while others get much dirtier over the course of a week or two (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room). I used to pay for a different cleaning service, but they would only do their usual checklist--meaning some places were cleaned when they didnt need it. I like that TM&aM allowed me to specify which areas only needed a quick vacuum and what things I would rather them spend time on (where the pet likes to sit, top of stove, etc). And with the prioritized list of cleaning tasks I was able to make before they arrived, the workers had a clear sense of what I thought was important, and didnt waste time doing things that didnt need to be done.

We just moved to the area from out of state and I recently went back to work. Two Maids & A Mop came last week to do the Design with Time cleaning service. They arrived on time (actually a few minutes early!), brought their own cleaning supplies, were courteous, professional and worked hard the whole time they were here. I popped in and out while they cleaned and every time I walked in, they were deeply scrubbing something! My house looked fabulous when they left and smelled so nice and clean. We were very pleased!

Great Cleaning! We wanted a deep cleaning and they did such a wonderful job. I plan to use them on a biweekly basis. My only complaint is they did show up later than planned that day. ( but emailed me that morning and texted they would be late). And the manager actually came to oversee the job to make sure that everything was clean enough since they were late. They are very easy to work with and also easy to get a hold of for questions.

You deserve to treat yourself to the time back in your day and the joy of having a floor to ceiling clean home. Best gift I could ever give myself.
