Im remodeling a house, and it had old carpet in it. Instead of replacing the carpet we were going to have it cleaned. I purchased a carpet cleaning through angies list for $99, and scheduled the cleaning. Before the cleaning was to be preformed, we decided to replace the carpet. I called helping hands and they agreed to change the service to a furniture cleaning for an additional charge. I agreed, and scheduled an appointment. The day before the appointment, I called to reschedule the appointment because the remodel was not complete and our furniture was not in our home. Antonio said, Ok Ill call you back later in the day and we can reschedule. He never returned my call. I emailed him twice and he never responded. I finally called him again 2 weeks later and he tells me he isnt going to come clean the furniture and he is not going to refund us the $99 that we had already paid. He told me that he had a 24 hr cancellation policy, that we tried to reschedule too late and that he didnt want to perform the work anymore. I called and tried to reschedule 23 hrs from the scheduled service. When I went back to review the agreement that we entered into on Angies list it did not establish a cancellation/reschedule policy. Antonio scammed me out of my money!

We have two kids under the age of six (juice stains galore!), three messy pit bulls (one of which is just now learning how to not go in the house after having her six months), and I babysit even more toddlers in our home. Our white carpets were absolutely filthy, despite my best efforts. I found Helping Hands via Groupon and decided to give it a whirl. Antonio is awesome. We love this guy. This morning, he arrived early (Im a procrastinator so he helped pick up my kids rooms and even vacuumed for me!), and immediately set to work. My kids had left an entire container of this oily, viscous, dark blue metallic putty on the carpet and it had completely sunken in and adhered to the carpet. I thought it was a lost cause and would just have to be replaced. I almost jokingly asked Antonio if there was anything that could be done and he got right to work. I even threw him a snide "yeah, good luck on that one" as he started. Ten minutes later, it was gone. Man, he put in some serious labor and elbow grease getting it out, but holy cats! Its gone! I told him then that he had earned my loyalty. Hed be coming back. Period. He was nothing but pleasant, kind, and funny. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but we loved having him.

I decided to use Helping Hands based on a recommendation from someone who posted here, Chris Hill. I was either going to have some carpet yanked or try to get it cleaned after some awful tenants apparently let their dogs and kids do whatever they wanted to my former home. I didnt think Antonio would be able to get some of the worst stains up, but he did and now I can have my property ready to rent without worrying about filthy carpet. He communicated with me clearly regarding pricing and a time frame, arrived early and left me thanking my friend for recommending him. I will not hesitate to use Helping Hands again in the future.

Helping Hands is AWESOME. My husband is a plumber and we have beige carpet (not my choice), we also have two large dogs and a kid. I have had HH clean out carpets twice. They do an excellent job. They never "cut any corners" and any extra dirty areas are specifically treated so when they are done, your house smells fresh and clean. I highly recommend calling this company for any carpet cleaning jobs. Accidental spills, Spring cleaning, company coming over? Theyre fast, efficient, courteous and provide incredible results!

This is the second time I have used Helping Hands Cleaning Service, LLC. We are a small business, with operating hours 7:30am to 6:00pm. Anthony was VERY flexible with our schedule. He came in after hours. He came in with a big smile and a great personality. There were things to be moved around to which he was very accommodating. Helping Hands has been cleaning our floors for 5 years. Antonio always comes when called with a huge smile on his face. Its not easy here, we are an animal hospital and there is always fur and debris. He moves large objects and always comes back by to make sure that we are pleased with the job. Our floors must be done at night and on the weekends-not a convenient time for many-again he is happy to do so!
