US Storage & their Winter Park team was GREAT!! I was relocating from NYC during a hurricane/tropical storm, and Amber helped me with my process from start to finish. She confirmed and reserved the storage unit for me after my initial request online. The day prior to move in she called me back to confirm my appointment, which I wasnt sure I would be able to make my 10 AM appointment due to be stuck in North Carolina during a tropical storm. Amber reminded me that as long as I came in on the same day I was scheduled for the time was flexible, and I would still qualify for the move in discount. Upon my arrival, Amber showed me the unit in question, showed me a slightly larger unit for my comparative value and walked me through my entire lease process. My experience was great and I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends. The only thing that would have made my experience better would really have been if the facility was indoors, as I did move in during a tropical storm system, I got soaked.

We recently moved to the Orlando area and needed a storage area. I researched online and found US Storage to have the best prices. They held the unit I wanted for a month which was very nice of them as we were having trouble with the moving company. Rafael worked with us and did an outstanding job. His customer service skills are outstanding. He went over everything with us and showed us how to use the lock as they use ones that provide extra security. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

Edwin, the property manager was very helpful and flexible working with me to obtain a storage unit when I needed it. He seriously bent over backwards to make sure I got the online discount, and was able to secure the exact unit I wanted, despite a month long delay on my part. The units seem to be well maintained, and the facility seems very secure and clean. I shopped around extensively, and the rates here were much better than their competition. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent customer service, excellent rates and an overall great facility! We rented a 10x15 unit for much cheaper than anywhere else we could find and the free moving truck was a terrific bonus. The fast and efficient staff at this location made the experience even better. Thanks a lot Matt for all your help and your professionalism while serving three customer simultaneously! If you are looking for a storage unit, I definitely suggest you give this US Storage facility a try!

I researched a lot of storage places over the past few weeks. Not only do they have the best price (by far) but the service was excellent! Michelle was super helpful, informative and friendly. The only thing we dont LOVE is that they dont have a buy back program for the locks. I understand the ones they use are for the highest possible security and it makes sense. It would be nice to figure a way to make it feel less like a wasted lock when you are done. Highly recommend!

I had to relocate for work i need somewhere to keep my Belongings .when i Entered the store i was greeted by Edwin He was very helpfull . I needed Two units ,He was able to accommodate my needs and he made this process very smooth. He went above and beyond to help me ,he was able to give me two units near the elevator.The Facility was Safe and Clean and that gives me peace of mind .I will Recommend This Facility to anyone .

Edwin gave me great customer service. The facilities are clean, secure and easy to drive through. He went above and beyond to give me a very competitive price and great discounts on top of that! He personally showed me how to work the locks which are a great benefit to this storage center. Wont rent anywhere else in the area and hope this gem doesnt fill up and stay full. I love this place. My family moves around a lot so Ive used other storage facilities, but US Storage is amazing. Their prices are great and their staff is awesome. When I first went in to the office, I admit, I was in a bad mood and I might have been a little rude. However, Alex Ruiz was polite and professional. His positive attitude turned my whole mood around. Thank you Alex for being so kind and helpful. Alex rocks!

Very professional! Never heard of them before but once I did my tour I was thoroughly impressed and have used public storage for years and will never go back to public storage. Customer service was great (which you cant find that anywhere anymore). The unit was clean and well secured and no details were left out! I would recommend these guys to anyone and will do so from now on!!! Great job guys!!

In the process of moving and had to store our wedding gifts. Chose another facility in the area and returned to several gifts that had sustained severe water damage! This facility was very clean and secure. The manager, Edwin, was wonderful! Very understanding and knowledgable. Definitely going to keep our gifts here until were ready to take them with us.

Nice, clean facility. Alex in the office helped me get the right spot for my trailer, and got me in and out of the office quickly and easily. Quick service, and the best rates for outdoor storage in a nice area. 24 hour camera coverage and 24 hr access if you call ahead. Exactly what I wanted. First two months half off was a nice bonus as well!
