This place after they fired Steve and Teri on x-Mas after maintaining a excellent rating online they have hired the worst people ever to take they place. The office smell like a bar when you go in there. The cigaret smoke is so thick you could taste it. Stay away if you dont want second hand smoke. This place has 24 hour access but the new management now claims that business hours are from 8-6 and you could only throw away garbage and use the BATHROOM from 8-6. And if you want to use the bathroom or throw away the garbage during business you have to go to the office to ask permission and then they will give you the key to either or. Garbage and bathrooms was 24 hrs a day when Steve and Terri was here. Which by the way they fired on x-Mas to put the new family in. This place is bad luck now. Just think about it twice. Because if you late on your rent what will they do to you?? I repeat you no longer have access to the garbage or the bathrooms without asking them first for permission during business hours. And no longer have access during the night. Up and down on Forsyth theres storage units places cheaper and more flexible forget about this place, business that have been here for years are leaving and the new management just moved in. Your stuff is no longer safe here not because of the area but because of the people running it. Run Run Run.

Very easy to get your storage unit and get your things in and out. Easy access to your unit and great friendly staff. Moving is a very busy and difficult job to do! Their place definitely helps make it a bit easier. Plenty of storage containers with different sizes for your convenience! They do a good job cleaning the units too. I was afraid I was going to see bugs and spiders everywhere but there was none. I never originally wanted to use storage but when you have to move and have no place to put your stuff you have no choice. Im glad I came across this place and was able to get everything done. Kat was a big help! She was very knowledgeable and helped us to get the right size for our stuff. She also made sure we understood all terms and conditions for renting there. She was very quick about the process too. The pricing was decent too! Very glad to have done business in a place like this with such great staff and in a convenient area!!! Make sure to call the actual storage site to talk to someone about how much stuff you have, to figure out what size storage you need!!!!

This place is actually really great, especially if you need storage fast and cheap! Usually you dont enjoy going to find a storage unit, but Terri and Steve make you feel like family!! We started chatting and I explained that I was trying to save the most money possible in between my move and they actually HELPED me save money on my unit. Most places will try to up-sell you and get more money out of you somehow. Not this place!! It felt like they genuinely wanted to accommodate based on my needs. It was super easy, the place was immaculate, felt safe, and I saved a lot of money on my storage! Also, the cool thing is they have U- Haul trucks on-site and when I asked about them, Steve said I could use one that day! And it was not expensive at all! So I didnt need to worry about how I was going to transport my stuff anymore. All in all this place is a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!!

When I stopped by the Personal Mini Storage at Forsyth Rd to check prices, I was well greeted by Teri and Steve. After explaining that I need a spot to park my trailer, Steve was fast on offering me an excellent opportunity to save money. He offered me more for a lot less than the cheapest place I had gone that day. The cheapest place was a spot with weeds growing, a lot of garbage around and completely open to the street. I got a parking spot with a camera on top of my trailer, in a paved area and with enough people around to report any suspicious activity. Very happy with what I got. Teri and Steve are very kind and know their business. They will do all they can to give the best deal.

I normally dont write many reviews, but I felt compelled to write about personal mini storage , I just recently rented a storage unit and was amazed how clean the property was, also how nice ,friendly and so willing to help me with my moving needs, Steve and Teri were there through every step. I have had storage units at other storage companies before , but I never had the great and wonderful customer service like I have had at this location. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone . Thanks Steve and Teri for your great attention to customer needs. 5 stars !

Wow It is hard to express and say all the good things I have to say about Steve & Terry. For the time that I have been in this facility I have yet to see better property managers, they are very professional, polite, attentive and I have never seen another storage facility as clean and well maintain as this one. I, as a company owner would have to say they are doing an excellent job they are the " BEND OVER BACKWARDS" for the customer type of employees, the type I like to have on my team. Thank you Steve & Terry for the job you are doing for us and have a wonderful 4th of July.

Amazing! I didnt expect to be impressed but I am!!! Ive been a customer for 2 plus years. Very clean, well maintained and super secure location. On Site managers, Steve and Teri are what makes this self storage site exceptional. Im out of state alot and feel like they personally keep an eye on my vehicle and storage units for me while I am away. I have never had a problem but when I have had a concern, they always have gone the extra mile to address it. Great Choice, If you appreciate outstanding customer service or at the very least a hassle free storage experience.

Rented here for an upcoming move Im making to a house near their location, the management was awesome, extremely personable and had great tips for things all around the local area. I chose their location over other storage places closer to my house, due to its cleanliness and how well they know their tenants. They were quick to alert me when Id not fully latched my unit correctly, and they clearly care about their customers security. I would highly recommend this company, and this locations management, especially!

Vows Are Forever

Ive been renting a storage unit from Personal Mini Storage for over a year now and I must say that Im 100% happy with their excellent customer service. The staff is excellent and willing to help you anytime. I get in pallet shipments once a month and all I do is call the office and let them know a truck will be arriving. They will let in the truck and receive in my pallets and place the pallets in my storage unit with me not even having to be there. Im a Very Happy Customer! Thank You!
